In 2016,the Ministry of Education and other seven departments issued the Regulations on the Enterprise Practice of Teachers of the Vocational Schools,pointing out that "organizing the teachers' enterprise practice is an important measure to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers in Vocational schools,to implement a combination of work-study and school-enterprise cooperation,and to raise the quality of vocational education and put forward Important initiatives.In 2017,the 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Education Development reemphasizes the organization of professional teachers to participate in corporate practice on a regular basis,and to improve the school-enterprise joint training system for “double-skilled” teachers.Under the call of national policies,the practice in secondary vocational enterprises has been widely carried out and has achieved good results.However,judging from the current actual situation,there are still many resistance factors in the regular enterprise practice of secondary vocational teachers,which need dealing with.This study selects three secondary vocational schools in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as research cases,and uses the questionnaire survey method to determine the 11 resistance factors for the practice of secondary vocational teachers.The order of resistance intensity from high to low is: policy environment,enterprise practice funds,production and operation conditions,corporate practice funds,development scale,professional and business fit,core technology confidentiality,corporate practice recognition,professional and industrial fit,the cost of accepting practice of teachers,the organization of corporate practice of teachers,supervision efforts;the influence degrees from high to low are: supervision efforts,the organization of corporate practice of teachers,corporate practice funding,corporate practice recognition,the cost of accepting practice of teachers,professional and business fit,production and operation conditions,Professional and industrial fit,development scale,policy environment,core technology confidentiality;there are 8 reasons: policy environment,core technology confidentiality,development scale,production and operation conditions,professional and industrial fit,professional and corporate fit,corporate practice recognition;there are 3 outcome factors: supervision efforts,the cost of accepting practice of teachers,and the organization of corporate practice of teachers.Based on the resistance factors of enterprise practice of teachers in secondary vocational schools,this study constructs the dynamic mechanism of regular enterprise practice of secondary vocational teachers,including policy system guarantee mechanism,practice effect evaluation mechanism,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,incentive mechanism of practice of teachers and planning mechanism of enterprise practice.In terms of the policy system guarantee mechanism,it emphasizes the improvement of existing policies and regulations and institutional guarantees,and establishes a corporate selection system;in the practice evaluation mechanism,it emphasizes the establishment of evaluation system enterprise practice,method system and multi-party linkage evaluation subject system;In terms of cooperation mechanism,the emphasis is placed on formulating practical plans to achieve school-enterprise joint,school-enterprise common pursuit of effective cooperation effects,etc.In terms of incentive mechanism of practice of teachers,the emphasis is placed on guiding teachers to enhance corporate practice recognition and stimulating internal and external motivations of enterprise practice of teachers;In terms of planning mechanism of enterprise practice,it emphasizes the purpose and principle of the practice,the design of optimization mode,and the strengthening of practice management should be clarified.
