In order to carry out the basic task of "lide tree",the state has put forward the core quality of Chinese students' development,which has exerted profound influence and great changes in the field of education in our country.The core quality of education has been quietly germinated in the curriculum and teaching,which has led to the transformation of the core quality of education.Primary and secondary school teachers are the promoters of this change,and are the main participants and real practitioners of developing students' core qualities.In core literacy curriculum reform under the perspective of research on teachers' personal experience and feelings(that is,teachers focus on stage),can not only see the preliminary implementation of core literacy,can also be hard to carry on the forecast to the future of core literacy,teachers need to put forward,more targeted promote the change of strategy.This study adopts the idea of "quantitative research and qualitative characterization",which is mainly based on investigation method,supplemented by interview method.This research tool in the study of the core literacy under the perspective of the teachers focus on survey scale with hall,hoder change care stage of development as the theoretical basis,according to hall,hoder "questionnaire care stage of development" to scale prototype,after five class teacher concerns Derek cheung team to improve classification method for reference,according to preliminary results,considering the features of the problem itself.The questionnaire is divided into five teachers' attention stages: evaluation,information,behavior,consequence and development.Through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis step,the scale was revised and improved,and the final indexes reached the standard,which proved that the scale construction validity was good.Secondly,relevant tests were conducted on the items of the scale and the general test,and the klonbach coefficient was calculated.The indicators showed that the stability of the scale was very high and the reliability was very good.As a tool,by means of S city,liaoning province,county,B,B to three rural areas cover three elementary school,junior high school,high school students of 585 primary and secondary school teachers in the investigation and statistical analysis,using SPSS17.0 through under the attention of primary and secondary school teachers in the core literacy education realm,to grasp the core accomplishment preliminary implementation process in our country,explore the main factors affecting the current primary and secondary school teachers focus on phase and pulse core literacy practice in an all-round way.Through the difficulty of estimating the implementation of core quality,the author tries to put forward some Suggestions to improve the attention of primary and middle school teachers,and put forward a strategy to promote the change of teachers in a more targeted way.The research results are as follows:1.There are five types of teachers' attention in the perspective of core literacy.Through cluster analysis under the perspective of the core literacy teachers focus on the current concern for clustering analysis,presents the five representative teachers focus on style,also represents a change in the style of different implementers.Five teachers focus on style and proportion respectively: 2.1% of the teachers resist change,39.15% of the teachers self-centered to explore change,22.05% of teachers overall awareness is quite high,17.95% of the teachers belongs to gradually reduce the attention of the style,18.80% of the teachers belongs to a positive implementation of the change attitude to the attention of a style.2.There is a gap between the current teacher's focus on core literacy and the ideal teacher's attention to the development process.At present,the type of teacher's concern is not consistent with the ideal teacher's concern type.Moreover,there is a big gap with the ideal teacher's attention process.According to concerned about overview,as shown in the figure of core literacy under the perspective of teachers' attention to compare the strength concern(concerned with strength between 70-80),the teacher in the "behavior" dimensions focus on the intensity of the highest,followed by the "information",pay attention to the lowest strength is the dimension of "consequences".Currently,the most suitable type of implementation for teachers is between the preparation implementer and the exploration implementer.In short,the current teachers are not comprehensive enough about the relevant elements and key information of core literacy,but they are eager to act,care about actions and put into action.3.The focus of teachers on core literacy is different due to the differences between the region,the teaching age and the teaching segment.There is no significant difference in the attention of teachers with different degrees.The attention intensity of teachers in developed urban areas is higher than that of teachers in relatively backward areas,and teachers in developed regions pay more attention to teachers' attention stage than those in relatively backward areas.Teachers' teaching age,teaching section and academic degree are important factors that influence teachers' attention,and there is no significant difference between teachers of different degrees.4.The teacher's concern about the specific content of "core literacy of Chinese students" is not optimistic.More than half of the teachers in the survey were not familiar with the specific content of "core literacy of Chinese students".Teachers in the teaching work,in the core accomplishment of six core literacy awareness for: learning to learn are the most popular,bear responsibility second,humanities background the third,fourth,healthy life science spirit,5 worst practice innovation;The focus on the eighteen key points of "core quality" is the focus of "music learning,social responsibility" and "diligent reflection"."Problem solving","labor consciousness" and "humanistic feelings" are second,the worst is "international understanding","national identity" and "information consciousness".5.The formation and change of teachers' attention is due to the influence of teachers themselves,organization and environment.The attention of teachers is affected by many factors,including the influence of the external environment,the region's economic development level,education level,the related training,the school provide the core of the literacy teaching resources support,etc.From the perspective of teachers themselves,teachers' recognition of core quality is the premise and basis of teachers' attention,and teachers' own educational view and education attitude influence teachers' initiative and enthusiasm.The publication of the major research results of the core accomplishment of Chinese students' development has triggered the progress or decline of the teachers' attention stage.6.The implementation of core quality will meet certain difficulties and challenges.Firstly,the reform of the core quality and evaluation system of the discipline is the first problem in the implementation of the core quality of our country.Second,the implementation process of core literacy is not unified,and the gap between urban and rural areas is large.7.The attention scale of teachers in the core literacy of this research is of certain reference value.The teacher's attention scale adapted by this research is a mature and stable research tool after repeated correction and reliability test.The teacher's attention scale in the focus of the core literacy has provided a reliable research perspective and research tool for the follow-up study of teachers,which has certain reference value.In short,in the core literacy curriculum reform under the perspective of start-up stage,primary and secondary school teachers focus on research not only get the actual situation of the teachers focus on reliable data,also shows the side core literacy setbacks and difficulties encountered in the process of implementing,through investigating the type general attention and focus groups of different teachers condition,analyzes the attention to state the reasons behind,for subsequent core literacy implement and promote directional suggestion.
