The Reserch On The Influence Of Human Capita On Inclusive Growth In Shanxi Provice

As a traditional resource province,Shanxi's economic growth pattern has always been dependent on coal resources and its structure is relatively simple.In recent years,Shanxi has actively explored the mode of economic transformation and development,and further optimized the economic development structure,so that Shanxi can get rid of the single economic development mode.This article embarks from the current development situation of Shanxi Province,by analyzing the current situation of human capital in Shanxi Province,to explore the influence on inclusive growth of human capital in Shanxi Province,to find problems,and then there are the policy Suggestions are beneficial to the long-term inclusive development in Shanxi Province.Based on the human capital and inclusive growth of Shanxi Province,the current situation of human capital development in Shanxi is clarified through the analysis of the human capital stock and structure of Shanxi Province.In addition,quantitative measures of inclusive growth in Shanxi Province were carried out,and the measures of poverty growth elasticity(PEG)were selected to measure the inclusive growth level of Shanxi Province from 1995 to 2016.In the empirical part,we measure the current situation of human capital in Shanxi province by selecting education expenditure,human capital stock and human capital Gini coefficient,and select the resilience of poverty growth to measure the inclusive growth of Shanxi province.The results show that in the 1995-2016 years,the human capital of Shanxi province.The increase of the stock has a significant role in promoting the inclusive growth of Shanxi province.The increase of human capital Gini coefficient will have an inhibitory effect on the inclusive growth of Shanxi province.Therefore,relevant education,population and attracting investment policy should be formulated to improve the overall inclusive growth level of Shanxi province.
