Analysis On The Relationship Between Fdi,human Capital And Economic Growth Of Shanxi

Nowadays, international capital flows and our country's reform and open up process acceleratetheir peace. With international globalization, China shows promising outlook in taking use of FDI.People have reached the consensus that FDI affect industrial upgrading,technology transfer andemployment. Of course, the effects of FDI need human capital to support. The level of humancapital plays an important role in the scale and quality or other parts of attracting FDI.At present, Shanxi is in the state of economic transformation and upgrading, the economicdevelopment affected by lots of factors. The topic that how to make full use of FDI and humancapital so as to achieve the sound and rapid economic development for Shanxi becomes very hot.Therefore, my thesis will focus on the relationship of using FDI, human capital and economicgrowth so as to find the inner connection between them.Throughout the study of related issues at home and abroad, although the studies which focuson the relationship between FDI,human capital and economic development achieve the greatsuccess, the studies which put these three factors into the same frame, especially the studies whichlink Shanxi's reality are very rare. At first, the thesis present some theories about FDI,humancapital and economic development abroad and at home. After anglicizing the scale,resourceconstitute,investment mode and the real foreign investment in place of FDI in Shanxi, the thesisanalyzes in-depth the FDI and human capital effect Shanxi's economic development. Furthermore,the thesis analyzes the relationship between FDI,human capital and economic development viatime series economic models, and the author use the related statistics of Shanxi from1990-2010. Atlast, according to the final results, we conclude that Shanxi should optimize the investmentenvironment, and guide the FDI directly. What's more, Shanxi should improve talent reservesystem, increase research investment and improve the correlation degree of FDI, human capital andShanxi economic growth so as to make contribution to Shanxi's economic development.
