The human resources management work not only plays an important role in enterprise management,but also plays an important role in the daily management of colleges and universities.Especially in private higher vocational colleges,the loss of human resources is serious.It is urgent to speed up internal management reform and build a professional team of human resources management.There is no doubt that teachers are the core strength of private higher vocational colleges.How to conduct a reasonable performance appraisal for teachers and retain core competitiveness has become a common concern of many private higher vocational colleges.To begin with,through studying a large number of domestic and foreign references,this paper understands the domestic and foreign research status and performance appraisal theory related to the research topic;In addition,through field investigation,this paper studies the purpose,content,method,index system,process and incentive measures of performance appraisal of RW private university teachers in Zhejiang province.Furthermore,on the basis of the results of the survey,this article analyzes the main problems of performance appraisal in Zhejiang RW private colleges and universities in detail,including fuzzy performance appraisal positioning,unscientific index system,unreasonable appraisal methods and appraisal.Finally,according to these problems,a series of performance appraisal optimization strategies are put forward to improve the overall management level of teachers' performance.Last but not least,the paper also puts forward specific implementation safeguard measures to guarantee and implement the entire performance appraisal system improvement strategy,including the introduction of advanced management concepts,publicity of performance appraisal,establishment of performance appraisal and communication mechanism,and adoption of modern information technology support.Thus,the performance appraisal system improvement work can be carried out in a normal and orderly manner.
