Dynamic balance ability is an important guarantee to stabilize the body center of gravity,control the body posture,prevent sports injury and perfect calisthenics movements.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy is a subjective evaluation of one's own emotional regulation ability.Due to the poor dynamic balance ability in the calisthenics exercise,some female college students' body posture is unstable,which affects the quality of calisthenics movements.Coupled with the pressure from school,family,society and other aspects,they have a low ability to understand and manage emotions,which is not conducive to their physical and mental health in the long run.Hatha yoga is popular among female college students because of its combination of hardness and softness and its physical and mental characteristics.Therefore,this study explored the influence of hatha yoga on the dynamic balance ability and regulatory emotional self-efficacy of female students in aerobics class,which has certain practical guiding significance for improving the physical and mental health of female students and enriching the content of college physical education courses.This article to hatha yoga aerobics option class female college students' ability of dynamic balance,and regulatory emotional self-efficacy as experimental object,the influence of the hatha yoga teaching into the aerobics course,using experimental method,psychological measurement method,test method,to Yangzhou university non-professional sports aerobics option class 56 girls in 12 weeks of hatha yoga teaching experiment,research conclusions are as follows:(1)Hatha yoga has a positive effect on the dynamic balance ability of female college students in aerobics class.After the experiment,the comprehensive value of the dynamic balance ability of the left and right legs of the experimental group was improved greatly,with a very significant difference,and the improvement was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Hatha yoga has a positive impact on the overall situation of regulatory emotional self-efficacy in female aerobics students.After the experiment,the total score of regulatory emotional self-efficacy in the experimental group increased.greatly,with a very significant difference,and there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(3)The effect of hatha yoga on the regulatory emotional self-efficacy of female students in aerobics class is different from each other.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of positive adjustment,depression/pain adjustment and anger/anger adjustment.There is no significant difference in the dimension of positive perception.(4)The total score of self-efficacy in emotion regulation was significantly correlated with the ability of supporting dynamic balance of left and right legs.The regulatory emotional self-efficacy has no intermediary effect on the dynamic balance ability of female college students in the aerobics optional class promoted by Hatha Yoga.According to the conclusion of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Optimize the curriculum and do a good job in promoting hatha yoga.We will introduce hatha yoga into the calisthenics course in colleges and universities,expand new sports projects,improve the ability of dynamic balance,stimulate students' interest in sports,fully mobilize students' enthusiasm,enrich the course content,promote the development of school sports,and lay a good foundation for lifelong sports.(2)According to the actual situation and physical and mental characteristics of the teaching objects,the calisthenics course in colleges and universities can adjust the teaching method and select the content of hatha yoga in order to enhance the physical exercise effect of students,obtain greater psychological benefits and promote the common development of body and mind.(3)In combination with the concept of comprehensive development,the improvement of regulatory emotional self-efficacy is integrated into the teaching of physical education courses to guide students to have a correct understanding of their own emotions,establish a positive consciousness,help students to express and regulate their emotions reasonably,and make up for the lack of emotional education.
