The concept of regulatory emotional self-efficacy originates from the self-efficacy theory. It refers to the level of confidence that whether individuals can regulate their own emotional state. Regulatory emotional self-efficacy plays an important role in the process of dealing with emergencies and managing emotions. According to the early researches, this article in combination with the characteristics of Chinese culture and reality needs, choose teenagers who experience complicated mood activities and own profound experiences as the objects, examined the Regulatory Emotional Self Efficacy’s adaptability in the teenagers of our country, analyzed the development characteristics of adolescent emotional self-efficacy, moreover, explored the influence factors of regulatory emotional self-efficacy through open questionnaire, interview and the same word analysis method, compiled the Influence Factors of Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. The research is divided into two parts, the first part is the investigation and study of the Middle School students’ emotional self-efficacy, the second part is the prepration and measurment of the questionaire of the Middle School students’ emotional regulatory self-efficacy, the conclusions are as follows:l.The questionnaire Regulatory Emotional Self Efficacy (Chinese version) reveals a good applicability in youth groups of our country and can be used to conduct in the field of related adolescents’ emotional self-efficacy researches; Regulatory emotional self-efficacy consists of three dimensions, which includes the efficacy of adjusting the positive emotions, pains and depressions, angry and rages.2.Middle school students’emotional self-efficacy was situated in the upper level generally. The Middle School students’emotional regulatory self-efficacy presents the characteristics of the dynamic development.There was some differences in the different characteristics students’ emotional regulatory self-efficacy, such as gender differences, differences between urban and rural areas, the class cadre differences, grade differences and so on.The difference also reflect in the various influence factors of emotion regulation self-efficacy.3. The Influence Factors of Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy has high reliability and validity. The Questionaire conclude34items and5dimesions, which conclude physical environment triggers, interpersonal environment support, goal setting states, self control and emotional regulation ability. The five factors act on adolescents’regulatory emotional self-efficacy differently.The innovation of this study is that expands the object scope of regulatory emotional self-efficacy researches in China. The research of adolescents’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy development characteristics contributes to correct understandings of the individuals’mood changes in puberty. This study skillfully combined the word analysis, and explored the influences factors of regulatory emotional self-efficacy. The study discovers that physical environments, interpersonal environments, regulatory emotional ability and the state of goal setting in the process of regulation have impacts on the regulatory emotional self-efficacy. It points out the direction for the establishment of emotional self-efficacy intervention plan’s contents. The results both enrich the theories of regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and provide practical guidance and intervention for the cultivation of regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
