Secondary vocational school girls who are 14-19 years old and receive vocational education in secondary vocational schools.They are in the early stage of puberty with rapid development of physiology and psychology.They are rich in emotions,curious and shy about the two sexes,and still ignorant of gender roles and concepts.In addition to the special characteristics of vocational schools,they are early to enter social work;The current education system in our country also attaches importance to cultural achievements and ignores the education of psychology and gender concepts.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out gender education for secondary vocational school girls.It is conducive to helping secondary vocational school girls to form a positive outlook on life;The school level is conducive to exploring and establishing a complete education system;And,the entry of secondary vocational school girls into the work post is also conducive to promoting social equality and building a harmonious society.Under the guidance of the social gender theory,The paper is based on the social work classr service in a class of S Vocational School in Wuhan,and exploring the gender education of the secondary vocational school girls through the quasi-experimental method.Based on the previous needs assessment and interviews,according to the gender theory,the gender education services are divided into three main stages: gender cognition,gender attitude,and gender behavior,and gender education summary stage.The experimental group and the control group were set up,and the quasi-experiment method was used to evaluate the service effect.According to the results of the service evaluation,it can be seen that the social worker's service has positively guided the gender perception and gender attitude of the secondary school girls.The gender attitude of the secondary vocational school girls tends to be more flexible after the service,that is,more positive and objective views of gender roles and gender perspectives.Finally,based on the preliminary needs assessment,service process and service effectiveness evaluation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Due to the social environment,education system,and age characteristics,secondary vocational school girls' gender awareness and gender attitudes tend to be extreme and stereotyped;The superficial knowledge of sexual knowledge may have a negative impact on the formation of their outlook on life,their future work and family life.(2)Social workers can use the service methods of social workers 'classes,to use games,cases,sharing and other forms of activities to intervene from the perspectives of gender role recognition,gender difference analysis,gender attitude guidance,and sex education.Enriching the service form of gender education of the secondary vocational school girls and making up for the lack of gender education in secondary vocational schools.(3)Applying evidence-based research to social workers' research on gender education and designing quasi-experimental methods to evaluate service effectiveness ensure the accuracy,objectivity,and comprehensiveness of service effectiveness testing.
