The problem of secondary vocation school students’ social adaptability is a hotissue. There are some factors may influence the social adaptability of students. The mostimportant is strategy of cognitive emotional management. In this study, on the basis ofcognitive behavior theory, we take a series of emotional management by professionalsocial work intervention and to guide adolescents’ emotional cognition. The finalanalysis is how deep the group work intervention effects on adolescents’ emotionalmanagement.Full text of the study is divided into three parts: firstly, the social workers buildrelationship with service object through activities on class construction. To formulateand to test the secondary vocational school students’ needs assessment questionnaire.We can understand the relationship between their emotional state and self awareness,family environment, peer relationship, occupation planning etc. Secondly, intervene thestudents of secondary vocational school from the three stages of emotionalself-awareness, emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship processing. Thirdly,social workers prepare and test evaluation questionnaire about the effect of activity. Inaddition, we will analyze the date of feedback after activity. In order to our researchwhether the social work is playing a role for the secondary vocational school students.
