The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that "vocational education should set up a correct concept of talent, focus on improving the quality of personnel training, create a favorable environment in which everyone can become a talented person and give full play to their talents, and strive to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and technical and skilled personnel,so that everyone has the opportunity to make a difference in life." Under the background of comprehensive promotion of quality education and rapid development of modern vocational education, secondary vocational schools take the realization of students' comprehensive development and personality development as the fundamental educational goal. The realization of this goal must be based on the premise of cultivating students' self-management ability in secondary vocational schools, which also fully reflects the people-oriented educational concept. This study aims to find out the countermeasures to solve the problem of students' self-management in secondary vocational schools and enhance the level of students' self-management in secondary vocational schools. At present, domestic secondary vocational students are facing the dual pressure of employment difficulties and learning difficulties. Therefore, the research and analysis of secondary vocational students' participation in class management can enable them to give full play to their own value in the future study and life, and closely match the needs of quality education.Based on the above analysis, this paper studies the autonomous management of secondary vocational students' class by means of literature research and questionnaire survey.Taking teachers and students of a vocational secondary school in yantai as research objects,31 class teachers of different ages and 282 students of different majors as research objects were selected to issue questionnaires on issues related to class self-management.Finally,according to the survey data and result analysis, many problems of class self-management were found. The problems in the head teacher include: no real establishment of the concept of independent management, the lack of effective class cadre management, the work intensity is greater lack of happiness, theclass independent management lack of overall planning; The problems of students include: lack of confidence in self-management class, inconsistent performance of self-management class, poor initiative and formalism of self-management class, and low enthusiasm for the construction of self-management rules and regulations of class.Aiming at the above problems, the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed.First of all, from the point of view of the head teacher, the reasons include: the head teacher's concept of independent management is relatively one-sided,lack of students' awareness of full participation;Lack of understanding of students,it is difficult to clarify the responsibilities of class committee;Ignoring the needs of students makes it difficult to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Secondly, from the perspective of students, the reasons include: the class cadres are highly valued, and the participation of non-class committee students in autonomous management is low;Students have deviation in their own cognition and lack of self-confidence;Students' personal quality is relatively poor, lack of anti-frustration ability;Students' right to participate in class management is not protected and subjectivity is not fully reflected. In view of the above problems and the causes of the problems,on the basis of preliminary research, the following countermeasures are proposed: change the head teacher management concept, improve the management level;Enhance students' self-management self-confidence and enhance their management ability;Attach importance to class committee team construction and establish independent management mode.
