| Research purposes: The article tries to explore the influence of teaching aids on the skills of learning high clear and drop shot for the senior students by means of experiment.To explore the effect of this badminton training method on the badminton technique and physical fitness of children in the same age group,to provide theoretical support for children's badminton teaching and to enhance the physical fitness of children and adolescents through the popularity of badminton techniques.A number of auxiliary equipment training in the experiment for testing and comparative analysis,draw conclusions,make recommendations.This study mainly used the experimental method to Desn badminton club in 28children's students as the experimental object,the subjects of the age of 9-12 years old.In the course of the experiment,28 students were divided into two groups.Each group had 14 members.The subjects were both 10.5 years old.The children's average ball age of subjects was 2 years.Experimental group teaching aids,control group is routine teaching.The experiment is conducted twice a week for two hours each time.The experimental group was conducted at 9: 00-11: 00 AM and the control group was conducted at 14: 00-16: 00 PM.two groups of students of After the 18-week badminton course was conducted,the subjects were selected for the test and the results were compared and analyzed,and then the experimental conclusion was obtained.Research result:1.After 16 weeks of badminton learning in the experiment,the physical quality of the experimental group and the control group had a significant difference of P < 0.05,indicating that the badminton class can improve the students' physical fitness.2.Experimental group after 16 weeks of use of aids training,the experimental group had 77.60±13.17,60.85±9.00 cm before and after the highball test,and suspended ball68.81±13.17,52.13±7.37 cm,P<0.01,indicating that teaching aids were used to improve the student's highball.The lob accuracy is very obvious.3.The control group had 74.97±8.84 and 70.37±7.42 cm before and after the highball test,and the hanging ball was 70.89±8.79 63.66±11.6cm.P=0.03 and P=0.032 were all<0.05,indicating that the conventional teaching also improved the accuracy of the highball ball landing.4.After 16 weeks of regular teaching in the experimental group,the ball-sweetened desserts had 2.85±0.28 and 3.37±0.37 points before and after,respectively,P<0.01,indicating that the precision of the ball-snapping dessert in the experimental group was significantly improved.5.After the 16 th week of regular teaching in the control group,the ball-sweetened dessert was 2.79±0.25 and 2.88±0.35 points before and after the ball-sweetening experiment,P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant increase in the ball-snapping dessert in the control group after the experiment.6.After 16 weeks of study,the experimental group in the experimental group lofty ball,lob technique have improved,but the experimental group's score is more significant than the control group.Research conclusion:1.through 16 weeks of badminton teaching and training courses.The teaching methods of auxiliary equipment and conventional teaching methods can improve the physical quality of pupils in the same stage.However,the degree of improvement of physical fitness indicators in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.1.Research shows that: two different training methods are all help to improve children's badminton technology of the high clear and drop shot,but that use of aids teaching easier to improve pupils the high clear and drop shot accuracy and stability of the placement of technology.3.The children's use of assistive devices training,that the area of sweet sweat shrinking and battering desserts more and more focused to improve the accuracy of the students hit the ball. |
