Shot put technique is a complex motor skill, it highly requires the practitioner should be equipped with strength, speed, power, balance, sensitivity, stability and so on, as consequences, there were some difficulties in carrying out shot put teaching in school. But, the shot put technique includes energy transmission throughout human body, developing the rotation power, whole body coordination, development of the explosive force. They are very important To improve the quality of human action. Making good use of these experience can produce positive transfer of many sports study, even cannot be replace completely. Therefore, we must strengthen the important position of shot put class in the process of track and field teaching in school. In view of this, this article focuses on motion accuracy, design specialized training methods depending on the specialties of shot put technique, in order to improve the students’interest in learning and teaching effect.This research adopts the experimental method, two-dimensional imaging method and mathematical statistics method. Experimental subjects come from Beijing sports university sports education professional class 15 of grade 2014 who elect shot put course, a total of 18 boys were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The comparison experiment conducted in April 9.2015-April 28, in west playground, three times a week class, a total of eight lesson 16 class hour. During the teaching process, integrated some specialized motion accuracy practice into the experimental group teaching, traditional teaching method was adopted into control group teaching. To judge teaching effect, technical assessment scores, grades, functional movement screen score, throwing foot placement, shot placement, and homemade evaluation of college students sports feel, all of the data will be regarded as basis. The main purpose of this experiment is to make every effort in the limited time, stimulate students’learning enthusiasm, improve the teaching effect.through using some specialized motion accuracy practice methods at preparation and the end of the shot put lesson, and supplemented by traditional teaching method. The hope is that this experimental study can make more teachers and students to accept the new train of thought, use more new targeted practice in the sports teaching course, try to use perceptual analysis system such as human vision, hearing, touch, motion perception, promote the neuromuscular coordination, improve the teaching quality and practicability of the curriculum, and provide theoretical basis for promoting students’physical and mental development.Through analysis the following conclusions:1 The traditional teaching method has more obvious effect on improving students’ hips, knees, ankles’flexibility and across multiple joints, muscle’s flexibility;However,talked about improving the dynamic stability of human pelvis and the core parts, the practice teaching methods which blended in the motion accuracy practice is more useful.2 Function Movement screen can be used as evaluation methods, to diagnose the individual function of basic movement patterns and action ability in shot put teaching.3 Blending the specialized motion accuracy of practice teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method. It can mobilize the visual and proprioception, increase the sliding distance, improve to the direction. It’s helpful to improve the movement accuracy and stability.4 Blending the specialized motion accuracy of practice teaching method can improve the shot put interest and practicability of the teaching course, improve the teaching effect.
