Since 21 th century, the aging population in China has become more and more serious. With the increase of age,the body function of the elderly in cardiopulmonary function, balance ability is declining.Especially due to the decline of vestibular organ function and lower extremity muscle strength, the balance ability decreased and the risk of falling down increased. Some scholars have pointed out that regular participation in tennis exercises has a good stimulus for improving the breathing and other body organs of the elderly, and can effectively enhance strength, endurance, speed, agility, coordination and quality.Theoretically,it has a good adjustment to the body balance ability of the elderly, but it lacks the relevant data to prove that the domestic research on the influence of tennis exercise on the balance ability of the elderly over 60 years old is still in its infancy. This article start with the balance ability of 60 ~ 69 years old healthy people in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City was studied, and the index system of the balance ability of 60 ~ 69 years old healthy people was set up.Using experimental methods and other research methods,to carry on the tennis training intervention for 6months,At the same time, the differences of the indexes of balance ability(lower limb strength, static balance ability, dynamic balance ability)before and after the experiment were tested. Therefore, the purpose of synthetically evaluating whether tennis exercise can improve the subjects' balance ability is achieved. The results of the study show that:1.The indexes of balance ability of the healthy elderly aged 60 ~ 69 years included 4 first-grade indexes and 13 second-class indexes. The primary indexes were: lower limb muscle strength, proprioceptive sensation, vestibular sensation, gait; The second level index is: 5 times sitting and standing,Length?Area?X speed?Y speed?X dev?Y dev?step speed, gait period, step length, step width, ratio of left foot support time, right foot support time ratio.2.In the experimental group, the average time taken for the "sit ~ stand" test for5 times was 1.59 seconds(p < 0.05)less than that of 6 months ago.It is concluded that tennis exercise can effectively enhance the lower extremity strength of the elderly aged 60-69 years, and has a significant effect on maintaining the stability of the body posture and improving the balance ability of the elderly.3.In the static balance ability test, the proprioceptive sensation and vestibular sensation were significantly improved in the four standing states in the experimental group(P < 0.05).It shows that systematic and regular tennis exercise can delay the aging decline of the static balance ability of the elderly, and can improve the static balance ability of the human body.4.The elderly people in the gait test, walking speed is improved, the gait cycle is shortened 0.35 s,step step width increased 3.06 cm,increased 2.30cm(p<0.05),the ratio is closer to the feet support time, enhance the ability to control the body, lower limb coordination becomes better, more stable gait dynamic balance ability of the elderly. Can be improved effectively.
