Research On Rural Population Development In Ethnic Minority Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Vitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is a major measure taken by the CPC central committee to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate urban and rural development.To implement rural vitalization,we need to improve systems and mechanisms for integrated urban and rural development and accelerate the modernization of rural development in line with the overall requirements of thriving industries,livable ecosystems,civilized local customs,effective governance and a prosperous life.As one of the key subjects of rural revitalization,rural population has a significant influence on the path of urban-rural integration,common prosperity and cultural prosperity in ethnic rural areas,and determines the process and effect of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the rural population development in ethnic areas.Qiandongnan miao and dong autonomous prefecture is located in the southeast of guizhou province.In recent years,due to the impact of the family planning policy and the acceleration of urbanization,the development pattern of rural population in prefectures has undergone great changes.In order to show its end,this paper takes S village of the state as the object of investigation,and through the analysis of statistical data and interview data,it is known that the effective implementation of the family planning policy,the change of fertility concept and fertility behavior,make S village population in a state of steady growth.But at the same time,there are still many problems in the content of population development.For example,in terms of education level,the population with college degree or above only accounts for 2.03%,and the overall population has low scientific and cultural quality.Although the sex ratio of the total population is relatively balanced,the gender structure is seriouslyunbalanced in the age groups of 0-4 years old,25-29 years old,35-39 years old,40-44 years old,60-64 years old,65-69 years old,70 years old and above.From the results of questionnaire survey and interviews,it can be seen that people’s sense of rule of law,awareness of environmental protection and awareness of development are not strong.Also affected by the local industrial structure,the population industrial structure is not coordinated,the economic development momentum is insufficient.At the same time,under the combined action of "push and pull",a large number of the labor population in S village has left the country,which makes the population aging rapidly and the village construction resources lack.According to the article,the existing problems in the development of the S village population is the natural environment,economy,policy,education,ideology and other factors caused as a result,it will inevitably impact on rural revitalization of the implementation of the strategy of,such as the population of permanent residents of the narrow leads to villages lack of labor force of agricultural production,population quality is not high,can lead to the development of industry,culture and ecology is hard to get,and an ageing population in the field of production and management to show the power shortage,these all affect the process and effect of the rural revitalization.In order to create a favorable population environment for rural revitalization,this paper considers the countermeasures to promote the scientific development of rural population in ethnic minority areas.Second,to attract the floating population to stay,so as to stabilize the population and provide sufficient human resources for rural revitalization;Third,vigorously develop rural basic education to improve the quality of the population;At the same time,we should improve the age structure,industrial structure and cultural structure of the population so as to create a balanced population environment in the practice of rural revitalization.Finally,we should rationally plan the population flow and promote the continuous increase of labor productivity in rural vitalization.In order to provide a favorable population environment for rural revitalization,it is necessary to make joint efforts from all aspects to realize coordinated population development so as to giveplay to the key role of population factors in rural revitalization.
