Practical Research On Informationization Promoting Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Remote Minority Areas

Compulsory education is a foundational project that can improve the quality of the people,develop the country through science and education,and build a harmonious society.The balanced development of compulsory education as a new educational concept is beneficial to the sustainable development of education.The research for this paper was conducted in Xunhua County of Haidong City in Qinghai Province.The study analyzed how Xunhua County integrates teaching resources,improves teachers,enhances the teaching level,provides every student with equal educational enrollment opportunity and fair educational environment and finally,how it achieves a balanced development of compulsory education.This study will conduct a detailed investigation and study on the problems mentioned.The goal is to encourage the promotion of a balanced development method of compulsory education in remote minority counties and to provide an opportunity and strategy for this development under the support of informatization.This paper begins with defining relevant concepts and clarifying the theoretical basis of the balanced development of compulsory education.Xunhua's unique social and cultural atmosphere is also discussed,as well as its educational history as the only salar autonomous county in China.The paper's main part mostly analyzes the measures taken by Xunhua salar autonomous county in the process of realizing the balanced development of compulsory education in the county area.It also elaborates the main measures taken by Xunhua County to promote the balanced development of education by using information technology.Through the case study of Xunhua County,this paper proposes a possible solution along with the existing problems of a balanced development of compulsory education in county area.The paper closes making a cross-examination and reflection on three aspects:what the real balance is,how to calculate the education fairness,and how to realize the real educational reform through education informatization.
