Research On Higher Vocational Institutions Developing Strategy

In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of national policies,higher vocational colleges have shown a rapid development trend,but also are facing many problems,for example,how to more actively adapt to the needs of current economic and social development? How to best play their role on the condition of so limited resources? How to remain invincible in such a fierce competition? From the perspective of the overall education system,higher vocational colleges are not in an advantage in the increasingly fierce competition.For many higher vocational colleges,how to find a way to long-term development is very worthwhile to study and explore.Henan Technical College of Construction(hereinafter referred to as Henan Construction College)is the only one higher vocational college set up independently as a construction college in Henan province.This paper uses SWOT analysis method to establishing the relationship between the present situation of Higher Vocational Colleges and the external opportunities,threats and development strategies,.The reason for this is to give prominence to the role of key internal and external environmental factors in making strategic plans.The strategic plans made in this way will be relatively well directed and targeted.This paper,first of all,researches deeply into the domestic and international relevant theories about the development strategy of higher vocational colleges,then analyzes the overall development trend according to the general development situation of higher vocational colleges in China and various external environmental factors which impact and constrain the development of Henan Construction College.On this basis,this paper studies the external opportunities and challenges Henan Construction Colleges facing and the strengths and weaknesses Henan Construction College itself has,combing the external Henan Construction College institute the policy,social,economic and cultural environment and the establishment of Henan within the existing school conditions and other factors,and put forward the strategic objectives and strategic choices for Henan Construction College's development.For better development,Henan Construction College must adhere to constructing and developing school-running characteristics,implementing different development strategies,creating a college brand and striving to develop school-enterprise cooperation strategy and high-quality education etc..Meanwhile,in order to ensure the corresponding development strategy can be effectively implemented,and further analysis the organization of the strategy implementation,resources and cultural support systems to make the college more reasonably comprehensive utilization of all kinds of resources to achieve the ultimate goal of the formal implementation of the development strategy.I hope that through the above strategies,to provide a certain help for the Henan Institute of architecture to get better development.
