Research On Employment And Career Development Education's Problems And Countermeasures Of Higher Vocational Students

As part of the degree of higher education,higher vocational and technical education is obtaining more and more attention of the society.The quality of talents in the social employment market from higher vocational colleges also partly determines the future development of higher vocational education career.As a result,it is very important to study the situation about the employment of higher vocational students and the problems existing in the higher vocational college career development education,while promoting the healthy development of higher vocational and technical education.The employment status is just a link in the development of career,the employment rate of graduates and employment quality are closely related with the student's personal traits(comprehensive quality?gender?the originof students etc.)?the profession and the industry?the quality of school education?the economic and social development are,but to a great extent,they are also associated with the education of vocational development.This study is based on the employment status and career development education,using questionnaires?interviews and literature research method,starting from the theory of carding of career development education,including four aspects: discussed the strategic position of higher vocational students career development education through clarifying the origin and development of vocational education development and the connotation and extension of the career development education of higher vocational students;summarized the problems existing in the career development education;carried on the reason analysis about higher vocational students in employment and career development education;put forward some improvements of higher vocational students employment and career development education based on interviews and analysis of the causes.It's found that students in higher vocational colleges generally have a weak consciousness of career planning and development?fuzzy career target?passively in career planning,furthermore,the higher vocational colleges are not pay enough attention to the employment guidance and career education,such as teachers' training and management system,family education and social factors also restrict the individual's employment guidance education of higher vocational students.To effectively raise the quality of employment and the employment rate in our country,higher vocational colleges?higher vocational college students?especially the unit of employ persons?families and society need making efforts.Higher vocational colleges must strengthen the construction of teachers' team,attach great importance to the employment guidance work,enhance university-enterprise cooperation,especially strengthen career planning education for students,including employment guidance,promote professional development of campus cultural activities vigorously,carry out vocational evaluation,improve the career counseling and guidance system;At the same time,strengthen the linkage mechanism construction among the government?family? school?unit of employ persons,expand the higher vocational college of communication and interaction with family?expand resources?unit of employ persons,provide more jobs,call on the government regulation to promote fair employment.
