In education and teaching activities,"people" is the most important part.Teaching should serve for the growth and development of students.In the previous teaching,teachers often only pursued the indoctrination and transmission of ready-made knowledge,such as books.And they often neglected the need of students' life growth.This is the specific expression of the pursuit of the "teaching" value from the perspective of special epistemology.With the continuous advancement of teaching reform,the traditional concept of knowledge teaching as the only value pursuit has been gradually shaken.Students' active development,learning ability and the improvement of thinking quality have been paid more attention to by more and more educators.To achieve the transformation of education value,we need to focus on real classroom teaching and pay more attention to the specific process of teaching.As a means to achieve the purpose of teaching,the change of teaching value also puts forward new demands for teaching ways.In the teaching practice,there have been a lot of changes in the way of teaching.From the previous teacher-centered shift to student-centered,from teaching-based teaching way to the teaching way based on group discussion,cooperation and inquiry as the main form of teaching and so on.However,through practical observation,the author finds that many teachers tend to be limited by their own thinking in the process of teaching reform practice and they are prone to extremes.From the previous teachers' leading to the point where teachers do not speak and allow students to study by discussion on their own.In addition,some teachers still have deviations in their understanding of teaching ways.These are all problems that we urgently need to solve.This study takes the teaching ways in primary and secondary school as the object of analysis.It mainly adopts the methods of literature research,classroom observation,case analysis and so on.The research tries to discuss and analyze the teaching ways from many aspects.First of all,through a variety of channels to search and consult the relevant information of this study,to further clarify the core concepts of the paper,to understand the background of the reform of teaching ways and research status.In addition,going deep into the practice of education and participating in the teaching and hearing evaluation activities of the primary and secondary school teachers,so that I can observe the actual operation of the teaching ways and find out the problems and making the corresponding records.On the basis of classroom observation,through the collation and screening of the teaching record and the collected teaching cases,then focus on typical cases in depth analysis and specific exposition.Focusing on the theme of teaching ways in the perspective of the transformation of subject education value,the logic of this thesis is as follows: first,through the classroom observation,analyze the problems existing in the current classroom teaching ways.Then conduct specific analysis of the problems to find the main reasons for the problems.In the end,the author tries to propose effective solutions for solving problems.The strategy is illustrated by actual teaching cases.According to this logic,the thesis mainly includes the following parts: In the first part,the background of the teaching reform practice is briefly explained.At the same time,several main forms of expression after the change of teaching ways are listed,such as independent learning,group cooperation and so on.However,there has been a great change in the form of teaching,but through the retrieval of literature and the observation of classroom teaching,it is found that the teaching ways are still not satisfactory in practice.Because of the limited personal ability,time and energy,this study selects two of the typical problems to elaborate: one is the problem of opposites;the other is a formalized problem.The second part,aiming at the problems found,tries to analyze the causes.In the past,people's understanding of teaching ways is mostly in the form of specific teaching organization.They believe that as long as the organizational form of teaching is changed,the reform of teaching ways will be realized,which is actually a deviation in understanding.In order to solve the problem of antagonism and formalization in the teaching ways,it is necessary for us to re-understand the teaching ways.This mainly starts with the relationship between means and purpose,teaching and learning in the teaching process,striving to jump out of the thinking frame that only changes specific methods or specific organizational forms.Then reconstructs a relationship structure to understand the teaching ways.In the last part of the thesis,I try to extract several teaching ways to promote the transformation and realization of the subject education value.Through a large number of literature review and analysis of teaching cases,this study has reached the following understandings and conclusions: The teaching way is neither a way of teaching nor a way of learning method,but a way of carrying out the teaching process jointly under the interaction of teachers and students.It serves as a means to achieve the teaching purpose of the realization of subject education value.Based on this understanding and combining with the comparison,research and reflection of specific teaching practice,the following teaching ways are summarized,which are beneficial to the realization of the transformation of subject education value.They mainly include structural migration teaching way,interactive promotion teaching way and growing mark teaching way.I hope that this study can help teachers achieve interactive generation of classroom teaching,so that the teaching ways will truly serve the life growth of students.
