With the growing size of the group of higher vocational college students and the increasingly diversified sources of students,the situation of the education and management of higher vocational college students in our country is also facing challenges and opportunities.Fully understanding the status of vocational college students in all areas of study and life after entering vocational colleges and analyzing various problems that arise in the process of school adjustment not only help them improve their level of adaptability,but also help improve and develop the level of student education and management in Chinese vocational college.Shanghai is a firsttier city in China and its vocational education is ahead of the country in its level of education.At the same time,higher vocational college students in Shanghai have a wide range of sources and representativeness.Therefore,this research is based on Shanghai's higher vocational college students and investigates the situation of school adjustment of them.Focusing on the research issues above,this research mainly used the literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method.Through combing and analyzing domestic and foreign researches on school adjustment,the value of this research and the starting point for it were found.Through the revision of the scale,874 students in Shanghai higher vocational college conducted an effective questionnaire survey to understand the overall situation and basic characteristics of current school adjustment of students in Shanghai higher vocational college;through interview with department heads,counselors,professional teachers,students,and other relevant personnel,we have an in-depth understanding of the problems existing in the school adjustment of higher vocational college students in Shanghai,analyze the causes,and propose further suggestions.This research mainly includes five parts.The specific structure is as follows:The first chapter is introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and research significance,sorts out and analyzes the literature related to the school adjustment of higher vocational college students,defines the core concepts,and sorts out the research ideas.The second chapter is theoretical foundation and the design and implementation of research.This chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of school adjustment,the features of campus environment in higher vocational colleges and the actual situation of students.Based on this analysis,explaining the process of designation and revision of the survey tool.The third chapter is about the status and analysis of the school adjustment of Shanghai vocational college students.This chapter first elaborated on the specific implementation of the survey,and then adopted the results of the questionnaire survey through descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis of differences,and provides a true basis for analyzing the status of the school adjustment of Shanghai vocational college students.The fourth chapter is the analysis,discussion and suggestions of the adaptability of Shanghai's vocational college students.Through the interviews with students and relevant faculty members,the results of the questionnaire survey are further explained and analyzed,and on this basis,effective countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The fifth chapter is the research conclusions and reflections.This chapter is aimed to summarize the main conclusions of this research and rethink the shortcomings of this study.
