The Current Situation And Factors Research Of The Trusty Level Between Counselors And Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational college is a type of higher education.They give training of students who will work in production,construction,management and service.In higher vocational colleges,counselors are the most frequent and closest group with college students.Understanding the current trusty situation between Counselors and college students in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in harmonious campus construction.Sustainable development of higher vocational college also have great significance.The level of trust between Counselors and students in higher vocational colleges plays an important role.On one hand,based on the theory of ideological and political education,this study synthesizes the theoretical knowledge analysis of psychology,sociology,economics and politics,analyses relevant literature to illustrate the purpose,significance,method and basic line,and makes a study of relevant concepts.This paper reviews the research on trust,and analyses the research status of trust between teachers and students in our country and abroad.On the other hand,through empirical research,166 counselors and 3010 college students were randomly selected from 10 higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River region to conduct a questionnaire survey.The trust between Counselors and college students was investigated from the four dimensions of personality,knowledge,ability and emotion of counselors and college students,respectively.Through empirical investigation,we find that:1.The data reliability and validity of the questionnaire samples are good and can be used to measure the trust status of counselors and college students.2.The total average of trust about college students was 3.202,which was higher than the theoretical value(the theoretical value was 3).The total average trust score of counselors was 2.987,which was lower than the theoretical number.3.There are significant differences of gender and student cadre status.Gender differences have significant impacts on average trusted value and four dimensions which is personality,knowledge,ability and emotion,Male college students have higher levels of trust in counselors than female college students.Whether student leader has a significant impact on two dimensions of personality,knowledge and trust,And student leader have a higher level of trust in counselors than non-student leader.4.There are significant gender differences in counselors' scores.Gender differences have a significant impact on two dimensions of personality?emotion,And male counselors are more likely to trust college students than female counselors.5.Generally speaking,college students scored higher than counselors.Through the investigation,this study knows the level of trust between Counselors and college students in Higher Vocational colleges,analyses the factors affecting the trust between Counselors and college students in both subjective and objective aspects,and solve the problems on the basis of analysis and collation,so as to improve the level of trust between Counselors and college students in Higher Vocational colleges.So that we can promote the harmonious development of Higher Vocational colleges.
