The student-centered life education,as a kind of holistic education concept,emphasizes respecting and guiding students' individualized development,and has already become the inevitable direction of today's educational development and reform.To promote and implement a good life education,cultivating teachers with the concept of life education is particularly important.However,at present there is a lack of research on cultivating the teachers' concept of life education,and it is still insufficient in the cultivation of life education teachers.The experiential group counseling activity is a kind of teaching form that enables learners to enhance their interest in learning and participate together,and has a good teaching effect.In this study,the form of experiential group counseling activities was introduced into the life education course,and students from a normal university were used as subjects.Qualitative analysis,questionnaires,scales,and implicit association tests were used to conduct empirical research to explore the course effect of this form of teaching.The results confirmed that the life education course of the experiential group activities can bring learners the combination of cognition,emotion and intention as the course effect than the lecture course,enable learners to obtain better learning experience in class and enhance learners' sense of searching meaning in life.Furthermore,the study found that in this type of course,cognitive change became a major gain for learners,and they could grasp more and better concept of life education.In terms of subjective well-being and the implicit attitude towards life education,this study was not able to find the significant differences between the two types of course.Finally,this study analyzes the reasons for the course effects,and summarizes the principles that should be followed in the design and implementation of the life education courses for experiential group counseling activities.
