Application Of Experiential Group In Primary School Life Education Activities

The pupils are the future of the motherland,is the hope of the nation,the mind is not mature in the process of facing the growth of mentality is not yet stable,the understanding of the world is at the surface level,self protection consciousness and concept is not strong,these problems have been paid close attention by the society and the people,and pay more attention to the safety if there is no problem,make the corresponding prevention education,there may be an accident,bring great harm to individuals and their families of pupils.About the related contents of primary school life education,the traditional way focuses on the instillation of theoretical formula,ignoring the individual characteristics and acceptability of primary school pupils.Group work method is more suitable for intervention students life education,there are many methods of group categories,the experiential group is more suitable for pupils experiencing intervention groups,students self defense team,its core essence is heavy experience,strong interaction,learning to share and grow,and in practice,in the group the use of experiential philosophy the principles,methods and skills,to provide services for students.At the same time,an experiential group is set up,so that members can fully participate in the group and its related activities,and grow in groups through contacts,interaction,experience,feedback,sharing,acquisition,resonance and specific practice.In this paper,relevant theory and practice of group work methods,principles and techniques to provide professional services for students,in group activities,to create a relaxed atmosphere,entertaining,music education,let students actively and voluntarily participate,participation,together with the team,share a progress,the team learning in the group,grow in learning,update their understanding of life,at the same time,through these activities,try to provide a new idea for the intervention of social work students life education,but also provide a new attempt to enrich the practice of social work.
