The Research Of Strengthening The Career Development Education From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education Discipline

Because of people's attention to the employment,the career development education has also been developed rapidly.In theory,the number of studies on career development education has been increasing,and the quality has been significantly improved;the research level is based on basic theoretical research and the research content is gradually refined.But these studies are just focused on a particular aspect of career development education,or a certain way of career development education.The study has high repetition rate and high concept overlap.In practice,The career development education can guide people grasp the theories and methods of career development,clear career direction,and pick a good career successfully.But the career development education is a lack of education on career aspirations,career attitudes,and career values.When people choose jobs,they still have some problems,such as different levels of political belief confusion,vague ideal beliefs,distorted value orientation,lack of social responsibility and so on.The effectiveness of career development education is not strong.The discipline of ideological and political education is such ideological and political education as research object.The aim of the ideological and political education discipline is to help people form the outlook of world,outlook on life and values,which are in line with the ideological needs of our country.With the development of the society,the contents of ideological and political education discipline are also expanding.The contents of ideological and political education discipline have involved people's employment education,Entrepreneurship education,professional skills education,professional ethics and values education.In view of this,this thesis elaborates on the correlation between the discipline of ideological and political education and the career development education.At the same time,the thesis analyze the problems and causes after that career development education deviated from the ideological and political education.At last,I creatively put forward the necessity and strategy of strengthening career development education from the perspective of ideological and political education discipline.The main body of this thesis has five parts.The first part,I carry out a profound theoretical interpretation on the connotation of the ideological and political education discipline and the connotation of the career development education.Through this theoretical interpretation,we can lay a theoretical foundation for further study.The second part,I analyze the correlation between the discipline of ideological and political education and the career development education.At the same time,we find out the correlation from the basic connotation and the specific content.The third part,I discusses the necessity of strengthening career development education from the perspective of ideological and political education discipline.The fourth part,I analyze the problems and causes after that career development education deviated from the ideological and political education.The fifth part,I explain the strategy of strengthening education from the perspective of ideological and political education discipline.
