In the 21 st century,for the middle school students in the era of knowledge economy,it is very important to establish a healthy and good interpersonal relationship,which is a necessary ability for the students.It is not only related to physical and mental health of middle school students themselves.But also to the development of the whole society and China.In the guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(revised in 2012)issued by the Ministry of Education,"interpersonal relationship is the key content of psychological health education for senior high school students".To help students improve their interpersonal relationship,improving their mental health is a common concern as a front-line psychological teacher,scholar and expert.At present,due to the lack of professional psychological teachers in many schools and students' sensitivity of to psychological counseling,we have to explore a model of psychological health education that covers a wide range of forms and produces the desired results rapidly,namely peer psychological guidance model.Peer counseling refers to the psychological encouragement,comfort,listening,persuasion,support and communication from non-psychological students who have been trained and supervised by professional psychology teachers at the same age or similar age.Those above can take the same effect on students and it is also a kind of helping self-help psychological process.Peer counseling has become a new mode of psychological health education in colleges and universities in China,but rarely serves in middle schools.In recent years,peer psychological counseling technology has been actively cited,and implemented in Taiwan and other places and has achieved very good results.Because of the convenience of implementation,strong promotion,quick effect and other characteristics,great importance has been attached to it.This technique is a way to help students to improve their mental health level.Teachers can quickly and effectively carry out counseling,andalso obtain students' approval and make up for the shortage of psychological teachers.Therefore,peer counseling plays an important role in the study of high school students' interpersonal relationship.In this study,330 senior high school students in No.1 senior school of Wuyuan county were investigated by questionnaire,and the present situation of interpersonal relationship was studied.On this basis,70 high school students with different degrees of interpersonal perplexity were selected.The experimental group was randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with peer counseling for 10 times for 3 months.Finally,the author measured the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale between the experimental group and the control group.The findings of this study are as follows:1.The problem of high school students' interpersonal relationship perplexity has obvious difference in different sexes and classes.2.There are many problems in the dimension of communication and conversation among senior high school students,but there are less problems in the dimension of dealing with people and the opposite sex.3.Overall,the current situation of interpersonal relations among senior high school students in No.1 Middle School in Wuyuan County is not optimistic.Students who have no problems or fewer problems in comprehensive interpersonal relations account for 60.83% of the total number of students,and 28.66% have some trouble to a certain degree.The number of students with serious problems is 9.87%,which needs the attention of the relevant departments.After 10 peer psychological counseling intervention activities,interpersonal relationship of senior high school students has been improved.The following results are obtained:1.Peer counseling can effectively improve high school students' interpersonal problems.2.After peer counseling,high school students have significantlyimproved in the aspects of communicating with others,making friends,treating others and dealing with other people,as well as heterosexual contact.3.The thought of improving the interpersonal relationship of high school students in the way of peer-to-peer psychological counseling can be applied to practice,which opens up a new educational model for the school's psychological health education.
