Promoting the healthy and happy growth of every pupil is the fundamental goal of primary school education.To achieve this goal,the management of class cadres is an important content worthy of attention.It is an important subject that primary school teachers,especially the class teachers,must consider.Looking back on the current management of primary school class cadres,there is a biased understanding of the establishment of class cadres.There are also some practical deviations to the selection and appointment of class cadres,which largely deviates from the original intention and objectives of the establishment of class cadres,and also blocks the growth and development of students.Therefore,investigating the current situation of cadre management in primary schools,looking at its existing problems and putting forward rationalization proposals are of great practical significance for improving the management level and management quality of primary school class cadres.Based on the questionnaire survey and the semi-structured interview,this paper takes Weihai District L school as a case study to study the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of the management of primary school class cadres.The questionnaire by using a self-designed questionnaire,including the class cadre in the ratio of boys to girls,the campaign's intention,selection,selection criteria,appointment of teachers and students of class cadre attitude,teacher training,the class cadre of class cadre and the class cadre supervision in 8 aspects.The interview mainly uses semi-structured methods to carry out the management and selection methods and standards of class cadres,class cadres and ordinary students,the attitude of class cadres,the training and supervision of class cadres and other issues.The content of this paper mainly includes four parts:The first part of the introduction,the topic of the paper background,research status at home and abroad,research significance and research methods are described.In the second part,taking L primary school in Weihai district as a case,one class is selected in each grade from grade 1 to grade 5.A total of 280 students are selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The main findings are as follows: female class cadres account for 75.73%;most students are willing to run for class cadres,accounting for 79.9%.Regardless of the lower grades or senior grades,class top 10,class cadres accounted for more than 70%.The third part analyzes the problems existing in the process of primary school class cadre management.Mainly in: primary school class cadre group has obviously elite and gender tendency,class cadre election seriously under the idea of "official standard","subjective cognition paradox" of the class cadre campaign,the heavy use of class cadres training light,class cadre's initiative is not fully play,lack of class cadres right restriction.The fourth part is the improvement strategy of primary school class cadre management.Mainly include: first,update the concept of selection.From "re use" to "re development";from "assistant type" to "main body type";from "obedience type" to "creativity";from "achievement" to "ability"".The two is to improve the selection criteria,mainly from clear goals,strict checks;pay attention to quality,division of labor;correct view,incentive forward;strengthen training,enhance literacy and other four aspects.Three is to cultivate democratic consciousness.Mainly from the democratization of the teaching style of moral education;democratization of class management;standardization of the young pioneers Congress;evaluation of student democratization;four aspects;four,in the use of training,in the use of training.Mainly from the respect of physical and mental characteristics and growth of young cadres need students to respect students;small cadre training moment in the future in three aspects of care;follow the educational activities of student cadre training should be regularly carried;five is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the class cadre management.Mainly from the training of class cadres sense of responsibility,sense of superiority,sense of happiness,sense of crisis and other aspects to mobilize the enthusiasm of the management of class cadres.
