In June 2014,the State Council issued “Regulations of the State Council on Promoting the Reform and Development of Vocational Education”.It is pointed out that secondary vocational education should be based on the professional guiding ideology of "servicing as the purpose,employment as direction,ability as the standard",depending the cooperation between school and enterprise.At present,although the vocational colleges and universities in our country respond to the call of the state extensively and vigorously promote the school enterprise cooperation.But it still faces a “hot and cold” situation,and there are still many difficulties in the implementation of the policy.In the background of school enterprise cooperation,whether the traditional role of teacher role can meet the need of the new situation,what is the role of teachers,what changes should be made by teachers,and teachers feel confused.Therefore,this paper,taking the SH secondary vocational school in Hebei Province as an example,through the investigation of students,enterprises and teachers,found that there are some contradictions between the students and enterprises in the background of school enterprise cooperation on the role of teachers and the status quo of the role of teachers,such as connecting enterprises,entering enterprises and service enterprises.Then,the reasons for this contradiction are analyzed from four aspects: government,enterprises,schools and teachers.It is mainly reflected in the corresponding mechanism and the teacher management system to be improved,the enterprise is not clear about the school enterprise cooperation,the school teachers are not enough and the teachers' job burnout is serious.Accordingly,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as: the government should improve the management system of professional teachers,the enterprises should raise awareness and raise funds actively,the schools should recruit the scholars and strive to improve the ability level of the existing teachers.
