As is known to all, Social progress and economic development are closely related to thevocational education. In recent years, the country’s emphasis on vocational education makesthe vocational education into a new era.《Long-term education reform and development planof nation (2010-2020)》 pointed out that the government should increase investment invocational education and implement "school-enterprise cooperation" training model which isrecognized as an effective model. Higher vocational colleges is a subsystem that training highquality skilled personnel in the occupation education. As the constant expansion of its own,Higher vocational colleges has become an active practitioner of school enterprise cooperation.The purpose of school-enterprise cooperation is to develop students’ comprehensive qualityability to better jobs, combine classroom learning with practical experience and give full playto resource advantages of two different organizations. Vocational institutions adoptschool-enterprise cooperation in personnel training. On one hand it makes the school teachersmore powerful, on the other hand can integrate and optimize the resources of both schools andbusinesses. The most importantly, school-enterprise cooperation can solved employmentproblems of current graduate student and comprehensively develop ability of students.In this paper, the author mainly adopts literature research method, survey researchmethod and comparative research method. School-enterprise cooperation are discussed fromthe following six aspects in this paper. The first part analyzes the significance ofschool-enterprise cooperation and gives a theoretical interpretation of school enterprisecooperation, including concept definition of vocational colleges, the theoretical basis andmeanings of the school-enterprise cooperation. The second part analyzes the existingproblems in the school enterprise cooperation through the questionnaires. In the currentschool-enterprise cooperation, business seldom participates in the profession and the coursesetting. The building of teaching staff is not enough. The overall teaching conditions are poorbecause of lacking investment. The legitimate interests of the students could not get goodprotection. And the business lack enthusiasm to participate in school-enterprise cooperation.These problems have seriously hindered the healthy development of school-enterprisecooperation. The third part analyzes the causes of the problem appearing in school-enterprisecooperation. The enterprise and vocational colleges lack proper understanding and theabsence of the government functions. The fourth part describes some school-enterprisecooperation characteristics of developed countries and summarizes some successfulexperience. In The fifth part, the author puts forward measures to promote the further development of school-enterprise cooperation from government, vocational school, enterprise.Government should improve the legal system and the associated security policies. Schoolsshould establish specialized institutions to manage school-enterprise cooperation, invitecompanies to participate in professional and curriculum setting, increase efforts in building ofteachers, increase investment, improve teaching conditions and establish a stable training base.Enterprises should establish the correct level of understanding, strengthen their managementand enhance the ability of school-enterprise cooperation.
