| 2019 is a key year for the development of China’s vocational education.Vocational education,as a type of education paralleled with general education,is undergoing a new round of top-down reform.School-enterprise cooperation is a crucial foothold of China’s vocational education reform and an important means and method to improve the quality of vocational education.In the process of investigating the vocational skills training institutions outside school,the author found that the cooperation between the training institutions and vocational schools was weak in foundation,single in mode,thin in content and dim in cooperative prospect.However,such a current situation does not conform to the current round of reform direction and requirements in vocational education.Training institutions,as the existing educational and teaching resources with the characteristics of enterprises,should play a more significant role in school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,so as to promote school-enterprise cooperation reform in the field of vocational education.By researching on literature,the author sorts out the development process and functional characteristics of various forms of school-enterprise cooperation.After a comparative study,the author believes that the school-enterprise cooperation under the Australian TAFE model has more driving force,more targeted policies and better student growth.This essay,from the perspective of Y training institution,aims at the transformation and development of Y training institution,and seeks the mode selection of training institution’s integration into school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education under the background of China’s vocational education reform.Based on the comparative study of different mode of advantages and disadvantages in school-enterprise cooperation,combined with the characteristics of the cooperation between colleges and vocational education reform at the present stage in China,this paper analyzes the characteristics of different patterns.Taking training institutions Y attributes as a starting point,based on the present status of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper comprehensive assessments the feasibility of Australia TAFE mode localization of Y training institutions,explores functional integration and role integration into the two basic modes,and proposes Y training institutions should be in TAFE mode as the carrier,by building ‘function and role’dual channel in school-enterprise cooperation projects,to broaden the scope of their own training and improve their quality of training,at the same time of serving the reform of vocational education,so as to improve the quality the enterprise value. |
