The State Council’s Several Opinions on the Current Development of Preschool Education,promulgated by the State Council in 2010,has increased preschool education to an unprecedented level.In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued the “Development Plan for Education Informatization for the Decade(2011-2020)” to regard informationization of basic education as “a cornerstone for improving national information literacy and a top priority for educational informationization”.Driven by these two waves,the informationization of preschool education in China has started.In January 2015,the Ministry of Education issued the “Professional Director Standard for Kindergartens”,which clearly stated that the kindergarten director must understand the general principles and methods of applying educational information technology in kindergarten management and conservation education activities.Although the informationization of pre-school education in some regions in China has achieved initial success,there are still many problems.The role of kindergarten principals in the educational informatization process has played a decisive role.This article collects and analyzes the literature related to this topic,and draws on the research on the concepts,evaluation indicators,and promotion strategies of the basic education principals’ informatization leadership at home and abroad,and summarizes them based on previous studies.This study selected kindergarten directors who participated in the 2017 National Training Program for Kindergartens of Hebei University(for kindergarten),mainly including the directors of Baoding and its surrounding counties and county-level kindergartens,to investigate and evaluate the status quo of their informationization leadership,and then the results of the survey were analyzed,and conclusions were drawn.At the same time,based on the survey results,an effective strategy was summarized for the improvement of kindergarten managers’ informatization leadership.
