Study On Present Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Primary And Secondary School Principal's Information Technology Leadership In Hanzhong City

With the advent of information age 2.0,the development of educational informatization in China has entered a new stage.On the contrary,the level of educational informatization management is far from meeting the needs of educational informatization practice and its own development.As the highest-level administrator of a school,the principal's information technology leadership is the internal motive force and core factor of the construction and development of school informationization,and plays a vital role in the construction of school informationization.It is an urgent problem to discuss and solve how to improve the information management level of schools by improving their own information leadership,and ultimately promote the school information to play a role there.This thesis has five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction,makes an statement to the background,aim and meaning of this research,defines the core concepts involved in.The second chapter is literature review,introduces the achievements of the principles' information technology leadership.The third chapter states the structural model of principles' information technology leadership,starts with the composition of principle's work and information literacy,building a new principles' information technology leadership structural model for the education informatization development of Hanzhong city.The forth chapter did a research and analysis on the status of the elementary and secondary school principles' information technology leadership in Hanzhong city,states the status in ways of internet survey and interviewing.The fifth chapter is the promotion strategy,combined with positive analysis,formulates practical strategy and suggestion.
