Research On The Group Work Intervention On The Social Function Promotion Of Schizophrenia Patients In Community Rehabilitation Peorid

Due to chronic deferred disease or recurrent attacks,schizophrenic patients in the convalescent period are faced with different degrees of social function degradation.The development of social function in multi field enhancement are psychiatrists,psychiatric rehabilitation nurses,counselors and therapists and social workers and practitioners in schizophrenic patients have become the focus of intervention,rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients in urgent need of the service project.At present,in our country,on the rehabilitation of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia social function enhance the theoretical discussion and practical research areas,which mainly concentrated in the fields of clinical medicine,the mental health center of physicians,nurse work,social work in the field of research results.The restoration and reconstruction of the case the main social function is one of the most important social work services,enhance the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients in view of the requirements of quality of service and social work "professional help" nature,the author uses action research method,interview method and application value of group work in rehabilitation community to enhance the social function of schizophrenia patients the.In this study,the author takes Baoding city of Hebei province X community as an example,through interviews to collect the relevant data of the community in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients living situation split and accordingly predict the demand;secondly the community recruited 5 voluntary rehabilitation schizophrenia patients as the main service object,use the interview method and the relevant scale assessment of the need for increased demand,the social function of 5 service object and 3 relatives care for a period of 3 months of group work.The results show that the group work is of certain value to the social function of the schizophrenic patients in the rehabilitation period and the promotion of their return to the society.Among them,the group work involves three parts,15 activities,the main purpose is to guide the team members and the proper expression of self exploration and emotional catharsis,improve team members training recreational status,interests and development abilities,guiding cognitive family roles and responsibility to enhance its social function,and often through activities to increase the social interaction the support and promotion of social adaptation.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions about improving the work,which list in four aspects: government support,professional social worker involvement,carrying out work on the basis of practical problems and work done by all parties.
