| Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness that is more common in mental illnesses and has a higher disability rate.Patients with schizophrenia generally have a higher stigma level.The stigma impedes the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia,which easily leads to the negative emotions of the self-crime,and avoids problems,shrinks and self-closed coping styles,which is not conducive to the control of patients with schizophrenia and the restoration of social functions.The rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia not only needs to pay attention to the control of external conditions,but also need to pay attention to their internal psychological recovery,so this study attempts to use professional social work knowledge to intervene in the stigma of patients with schizophrenic rehabilitation,try help them to reduce the level of stigma,promote their psychological recovery,and better integrate into society.This study attempts to reduce the stigma of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation by using social work methods.Researchers conducted questionnaire surveys on patients with schizophrenic rehabilitation in the target community,and selected team members who were suitable and willing to participate in group activities.At the same time,they measured the stigma level through scales to understand the level of stigma and performance.Second,this study designed and implemented a specific group intervention program based on rational emotion theory.Under the guidance of theory,intervention activities were carried out step by step,and the group activities were divided into three phases,a total of seven activities.In the initial stage of group intervention,the researcher focused on helping the team members to recognize emotions,and to help them understand their stigma while establishing relationships.In the middle period of the group intervention,the researcher focused on helping the team members to understand their irrational beliefs that caused stigma and correct irrational beliefs.At the time when the team members were stable,the researchers found and solved the team members’ problems.At the end of the group intervention,the goal was to consolidate the rational beliefs formed by the members and to deal with parting emotions,to consolidate the effectiveness of the group in a timely manner,and to deal with the discomfort of the team members when the group was withdrawn.Once again,a comparative analysis of the measurement results of the subjects before and after the intervention showed that the degree of stigma of the study subjects decreased after the intervention of the group.Therefore,this study considers that group social work has certain applicability to the involvement of schizophrenic patients with schizophrenic schizophrenia.Therefore,this study considers that group social work has certain applicability to the involvement of schizophrenic patients with schizophrenic schizophrenia.Finally,the researcher summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this study,and reflects on the role of the researcher in this mental study and the relationship with the research subject. |
