In recent years, researches on the marginalization of teachers tend to be increasing.Teachers' Perception to Marginalization refers to a survival situation that the teachers who are at the edge of school organization and social group because of unvalued or disrespected, neglected, ignored and even rejection, etc.,difficult to enjoy the same benefits of rank as other teachers.Mainly in the aspects of poor interpersonal relationship, low organizational status and no sense of existence.Teachers,as pioneers and examiners of the times, are the overcautious and the combing of the bad information of middle school students in big data's time.On the one hand, they spread social civilization and knowledge in the role of the social elite, and cautiously taught students to become adults and do noble things;on the other hand,as social people in the secular world, they carried a secular life. The teacher's body and mind are exhausted under the pressure of many roles, and the severe ones lead to the decrease of immunity and the condition of subhealth or unhealth.Based on the results of previous studies on marginalization, this study adopts semi-structured interview, project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. The standard psychometric methods such as reliability and validity test developed a questionnaire of 19 items including three dimensions of interpersonal relationship organizational existential perception and organizational status perception for the Marginalization Scale of Primary and Secondary School Teachers. And this study also discussed the status quo of the marginalization of primary and secondary school teachers and the relationship between related factors. The results are as follows:(1)The Marginalization perception Scale of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, with 19 items including three dimensions, has good construct validity,criterion-related validity, internal consistency reliability(0.92)and composite reliability(interpersonal relationship: 0.81;organizational presence: 0.83;organizational status perception: 0.91).It can be used for screening marginalized teachers in primary and secondary school and related studies.(2)The perception to marginalization of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers, and that of low-income teachers is significantly higher than that of high-income teachers. The perception to marginalization of teachers with 10 years teaching experience or less was significantly higher than that of teachers who have been teaching for11 years or above. There was no significant difference in the degree of marginalization amongteachers with different titles, grades and marital status.(3)Teachers' Perception to Marginalization can positively predict teachers' turnover intention and predict organizational identification negatively.Organizational identification plays a partial mediating role in Teachers' Marginalization tendency and turnover intention, and the ratio of mediating effect to total effect is 43.15%.(4)Job performance regulates the first half of the mediating effect of organizational identity in studying the effect of teachers' perception to marginalization on the intention to quit, and plays a role of interference regulation, the effect value of which is 0.34.
