Social Work Involved In The Study Of Mixed Post Workers' Families

In order to maintain the safety of national timber industry and strengthen the protection of forest resources,the state decided to stop the commercial logging of natural forests.But this represents a change in the work of the workers who have worked in the mountains.All the workers who have worked in the timber production line have been p laced in forest management,forest protection,forest management and other posts.However,some of the mixed-post workers have not been placed.These mixed-post workers may be the backbone of a family and the sole source of family income.They lose their primary source of income,and the mixed-post workers also produce psychological problems and pressure.Then the family of the mixed-post workers will have problems and contradictions.Although the forestry bureau is also providing them with employment opportunities actively,it still can not be completely resolved,and there are some limitations.However,the mixed-post workers devoted their youngest time to the forest and worked very hard.They has made great contributions to the motherland.But in middle age,they lose their jobs.Therefore,social work involved in the family of mixed-post workers,and the theory and professional knowledge of social work can help to improve the living situation of them.In this paper,the writer takes A forest bureau of Daxinganling in Inner Mongolia for instance,and uses unstructured interview and case work method to carry out the research on mixed-post workers.This paper is composed of introduction,three chapters,conclusion and reference.The introduction inc ludes research background and significance,research review,research methods,concept definition and support theory.In the first chapter,it mainly investigates the family status of the mixed-post workers of the A forestry bureau and the policy support provided by the forestry bureau to the mixed-post workers.In the second chapter,the writer finds some questions through the analys is of the families of the mixed-post workers,and make use of two typical cases to make case work invo lved in the families of the mixed-post workers.And the writer uses the professional methods of social work,such as humanistic treatment mode and family crisis theory to help the mixed-post workers to solve the problems.In the third chapter,the writer analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of social work invo lved in the families of the mixed-post workers and provides the evaluation and reflection.As well as,through the case work support,the writer puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: micro,meso and macro levels.The conclusion summarizes the content of the paper and the significance of social work involved in the families of mixed-post workers.
