A Study On The Plight Of Social Workers In The Work Of Children’s Welfare Home-

At present,social work has become one of the channels of children’s services in welfare institutions,and it is also a kind of compensation for the current level of children’s services in welfare institutions.However,at present,more literatures are still in the perspective of social worker embeddedness theory and social worker embeddedness results to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of social worker embeddedness.My major is social work.My job is to help others and solve social problems.But we can not just do some work with serious social problems We also need to prevent social problems.A series of professional values of social work play an important role in helping children in Welfare Institutions For example,social work advocates the concept of helping others and professional helping skills such as "respect","acceptance" and "empathy",which not only help children in welfare institutions to grow up psychologically,but also emphasize the development of Children’s own potential To improve the awareness and ability of children’s self-protection in institutions,and the professional methods and skills of social work,such as: social work,through cases,groups,community three professional methods,"listening" "respect","clarify","empathy" and a series of service skills,will fully integrate resources,mobilize schools,communities,streets,civil affairs,public security and other forces to provide the required resources for children in welfare institutions.Social workers can give full play to their functions in helping children in welfare institutions.It is particularly important for social workers to be embedded here.In this paper,the author takes the H City Children’s welfare home as the research background,from the angle of social workers’ intervention,and relies on the present situation of social workers’ embedded service in the h city social work station to analyze and study By summarizing the practical activities of social work and exploring the difficulties faced bysocial workers participating in the Work of Children’s welfare institutions,this paper analyzes and probes into the difficulties encountered in the process of embedding,on this basis,the author puts forward some problems and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The first chapter introduces the background of the Social Work Station,the children and the service condition of the social work station in h Children’s Welfare Institute,and expounds the service condition of the social work station from four stages of receiving cases,estimating,planning and intervening.The second chapter focuses on the dilemma of social work in the Children’s welfare home of h city,and analyzes from four aspects:embedding subject,embedding object,embedding process and embedding effect.The third chapter,through the second chapter,analyzes the limitations of social workers’ work in h children’s welfare home,corresponding limitations,corresponding from embedded subject,embedded object,the solution and method are put forward from four aspects: embedding process and embedding effect.Chapter IV based on the first three chapters of social work intervention in the h city children’s welfare home put forward the plight of the summary of research conclusions and corresponding recommendations.
