Along with our country urbanization,the migrant workers in rural and their children as the research object of the subject increasingly rich.In this paper, through summarizing predecessors’ research,In the perspective of the rural culture changing to the urban culture, seeing through the interpersonal problems of rural migrant workers children, using the questionnaire survey and interviews to found that the present situation of interpersonal communication,to summarize the problems existing in the disclosure, and attempt to explore the solution to the interpersonal problems of rural migrant workers children.The article is divided into five parts.The first part narrates the selected topic background, purpose and meaning. And After summarized the research status at home and abroad and puts forward the research idea of this article The second part introduced the relevant situation of survey tool.From the third to the fifth part is the body of the article. Through statistical analysis of the results of questionnaire survey, it elaborates the status of rural migrant workers children’ interpersonal communication in higher grades of elementary school, and makes the further analysis of the differences.The questionnaire is divided into four dimensions, the interpersonal conversation, interpersonal communication,treating people and heterosexual contacts.Using SPSS17.0software to investigate information further found that interpersonal problems overall performance there are significant differences on the source of students.Since the time of arrival in the city as a variable,in communication and treating people dimensions, with the extended time of arrival in the city, its degree on the wane. By comparing the average communication problem dimension found that the cultural level of both parents in accord to the influence of communication problems. With the improvement of parents’cultural degree, the migrant workers children have less trouble in communication. Through the above description summarizes the fourth part.Rural migrant workers children in interpersonal problems that exist in five aspects specific performance. The children of rural migrant workers in interpersonal conversation and communicative dimensions have obvious problems; Entering the city’s rural migrant workers children showed a greater degree in interpersonal communication; The city migrant workers who has lower level of education, their children’ interpersonal distress is larger; Rural migrant workers children communicating with who has the similar characteristics and always stay stability. The article fifth part will help rural migrant workers children build a good interpersonal relationship, putting forward related suggestions smoothly integrated into the city life. First of all, to raise their level of interpersonal communication, break the closed communication space. Second,to create a good campus communication environment, eliminate prejudice between urban and rural areas. Third, paying attention to family education, parents’quality. Finally, to create a harmonious social environment, to gain effective social support.
