With the development of lifelong learning in all walks of life be carried out quickly,the status of teachers’ roles are shifting fast,teachers become the leading practitioners of knowledge,Lifelong learning and professional development of teachers has gradually become a independent research field.Primary school teachers,training is the effective carrier and platform of improving the quality of teachers capability,and directly promote the professional development of teachers.In recent years,Changsha has formulated and implemented a series of teachers’ continuing education and training projects.Especially with the new curriculum reform and thepromotion of quality education,the training of primary school teacher becomes to the top priority job.As high-profile primary teacher training.As high-profile primary teacher training,how about the real situation,and if the training mode,training content,training evaluation are truly meet the needs of front-line teachers,is thepurpose of the study.This study was combined theory with practice,select the primary school teachers in urban area of Changsha to disseminate the questionnaire.After participate in 2016 Teacher training for all teachers in Changsha.combination of questionnaires with personal interviews to analysis the situation of teachers in the teaching skills andtraining needs.Research is divided into four parts:Part 1:Introduction,explaining the purpose and mean of this research,and sort out the literature which come from CNKI,and then define the core concepts,introducethe approach and thinking of how to operate the research.Part 2:The investigation stage.According to the training programmes for primary school teachers,the author selected eight representative primary schools in ChangSha district,to distributing questionnaires by the quantitative method,try to find out the problems and analyze the reasons.Part 3:Organize the survey and interview date.From training purpose,training form,training content,training evaluation as well as the training needs to summary the causes.Part 4:Solutions,Use the expertise to submitting countermeasure suggestion.Organizational Unit for the training of future teachers and organizers provide the beneficial reference.
