Research On The Management Of Scientific Research Funds In The New Era

With xi jinping,a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the implementation of innovation driving the requirement of the development strategy and building an innovative country,increasing government investment in science and education cause in our country.In the context of the high value of science and technology innovation in the whole society,the research institutions represented by colleges and universities,as the backbone of national scientific research,have also been increasing their research funding.The investment of scientific research in colleges and universities continues to increase,and the problems in the management of scientific research funds in universities are not uncommon.With the change of the policy on the management of scientific research funds at the national level,the specific research funds management system and documents of colleges and universities have been constantly adjusted.In the process,a number of new problems have emerged.In recent years,it is possible to retrieve reports of disciplinary violations on the relevant functional departments' websites.Therefore,understanding current situation and problems of university scientific research management,causes to analyze problems,thinking about how to develop the scientific research funds management measures,to effectively manage the scientific research funds,and improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds,as it is of practical significance for the present study.Due to the national level of university scientific research funds management system finally implemented to various specific universities,and each specific university is different.In order to further study,this paper selects A university of jiangsu province as A case study in order to understand and understand the national macroscopic system of scientific research funds.Adopt principal-agent theory as the main theoretical support,through the case analysis,analysis of A research university in nearly three years,in order to induce A characteristic of university scientific research management,and it is concluded that A university research management status.In addition,this paper also finds out the main problems in the management of scientific research funds of A university,and analyzes the causes of the problems.By referring to the corresponding scientific research fund management system in Germany,Sweden,USA and Canada,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the research fund management of A university.
