Since 1990's,the society,politics and economy of our country have developed rapidly,and the quality of life of our country has been rising day by day.Under the common demand of social economy and national life,higher education has been expanded constantly,resulting in a batch of secondary colleges run by private enterprises and colleges and universities.After 2003,secondary colleges were gradually transformed into independent colleges.As the independent college is not established for a long time and its system is not perfect,as a young teacher of the independent college,it has been restricted and influenced by the society,school and itself in its development.Young teachers,as the backbone of the teaching staff in independent colleges,are related to the teaching quality and development prospects of independent colleges,and will have a certain impact on the development of higher education in China,especially on the development of vocational education.Therefore,this paper selects the young teachers of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University as the research object,carries on the research to the young teachers' development incentive condition of the Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasure.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background,purpose,literature review,research content and research methods are briefly introduced.The second part is related concepts and basic theories.The definition of independent college,young teachers,the development of young teachers and the motivation are expounded.The definition of young teachers is established from the background of the development of independent colleges and the definition of young teachers in various documents.The third part is the present situation of young teachers ' encouragement in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University: mainly expounds the present situation of Xinhua College in Zhongshan University,and briefly introduces the current situation of young teachers ' encouragement in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University.The paper further through the questionnaire survey and the interview to the young teachers of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University and the comparison of the incentive measures to the young teachers in other ordinary universities,and then through the carding of the present situation of the encouragement measures of young teachers in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University,analysis of the shortage of young teachers ' motivation in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the shortage of young teachers ' encouragement in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University: mainly from the social,school and personal analysis of three factors affecting the lack of motivation of young teachers in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University.The fifth part is about the improvement of young teachers ' encouragement in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University: based on the deficiency of the young teachers ' incentive system and methods in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University,this paper puts forward the establishment of social incentive mechanism to guarantee the development of young teachers in independent colleges from three levels of society,schools and individuals,and the sound scientific and reasonable incentive management system of school.Promote the individual self-development awareness and other countermeasures to stimulate the development of young teachers in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University.
