| The State Council published the "National education reform and development of long-term planning programs from 2010 to 2020” on May,2010.The programs initially describe the new blueprint of education reform and development for the future 10 years and clearly propose on developing vocational education in a thorough way.In the 9th chapter from the programs,it is put forward that we should “strengthen information technology applying,improve teachers operating levels on related technology,update teaching concepts,ameliorate teaching methods,improve teaching effectiveness and encourage students to learn initially and self-motivated with information-related methods,thus improving problems analyzing and solving ability with the help of information technology".The key of improving secondary vocational education quality lies in updating teaching concepts and improving teaching methods,which results in an urgent need on finding a new teaching reform method.With the widespread of Flipped Classroom teaching methods,such new methods come into life.This essay makes an attempt to apply the teaching pattern based on Flipped Classroom Model concept with secondary vocational education.It can establish an average teaching pattern of Flipped Classroom Model in those classrooms and try to find a way to change the current situation,thus improving the teaching effect.In view of the current situation of teaching in our school,guided by the Flipped Classroom teaching,this study builds the teaching model of Flipped Classroom based on the characteristics of teaching in secondary vocational schools.The teaching practice is based on the "Basic Computer Application" course which I teach.After handed out the questionnaires which were employed to collect data and analyze effectiveness of flip classroom teaching mode in vocational schools,this paper rethink the teaching process,evaluate the teaching results,and finally come to a conclusion.This essay is divided into 5 parts: The first part describes the background,purpose,content and significance of the research,comprehensively analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of overturned classrooms,and explains the connotation and characteristics of Flipped Classroom model.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of Flipped Classroom,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing Flipped Classroom in vocational schools.The limitations of traditional class teaching design provide theoretical guidance for teaching practice in Flipped Classroom.The third part focuses on the teaching design of Flipped Classroom model in secondary vocational schools,including the learning resources design,learning activities design,learning process design and the evaluation design.The fourth part introduces the application of Flipped Classroom mode in the course of "Basic Computer Application",and elaborates on the actual applications of Flipped Classroom.After the questionnaire survey and curriculum assessment of the research object,this paper analyzes,evaluates,summarizes and summarizes the teaching effectiveness of the course and summarizes the deficiencies of the teaching mode and the improvement measures.The fifth part summarizes the research and prospects,analyzes the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the development of the research.The research draws the following conclusions: Flipped Classroom Model based on the characteristics of secondary vocational school classroom is feasible and necessary.Correct application can achieve better teaching effect,help to change teachers’ teaching concept,as well as help students to improve their learning ability and efficiency.It provide a new and effective way to change the current situation of teaching in secondary vocational schools.This essay makes an attempt to constructs a Flipped Classroom teaching mode suitable for secondary vocational classes features on a theoretical level and implements corresponding teaching practice on practical level.It is in expectation for providing some references of applying research on Flipped Classroom for secondary vocational classes and teaching options for teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
