| Until now,vocational education has developed for nearly hundred years in our country, which becomes an indispensable part of national education. In2010, the state has elevated the development of vocational education to the strategic level. And China’s vocational education has entered the best period of development. However, secondary vocational education is difficult to meet the needs of social vocational technical talents, which puts emphasis on knowledge and skills, ignoring the cultivating of students’subjectivity and comprehensive quality, lack of micro teaching level research, teaching method, model of single, etc. With the development of information technology, Flipped classroom teaching mode has emerged. Firstly, the paper provides insight into the current state of flipped classroom research based on the comprehensive analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures. Then, it has constructed flipped classroom teaching model which fits in secondary vocational education,with combining constructivism Learning Theory, blended learning, the first post-teaching theory and the theory of constructivism, learning, blended learning theory, learning before teaching theory and the actual situation of teaching in secondary vocational school. In order to improve the effect of teaching, writer tried to use flipped teaching model in secondary vocational class, with the cooperation of secondary vocational first-line teachers. Under the flipped teaching practice, the paper summarized the teaching process of theoretical concept, practical skills, work design class of three types of learning activities, and analyzed their application effect. It found that flipped classroom teaching can effectively enhance the level of secondary vocational students’ academic performance, comprehensive quality and promote the secondary vocational teachers’ professional development. At the same time, the paper put forward some suggestions and reference aimed at the problems existing in the flipped classroom teaching practice for secondary vocational school a glimmer of teachers and researchers. |
