At present,there are still many problems and shortcomings in the teaching of tourism vocational education.It is urgent for educators to explore innovative teaching methods and improve the quality of tourism service personnel.Tourism vocational education is an important way to cultivate high-quality tourism talents.Studying the teaching methods of tourism vocational education is an important content to promote the reform and development of tourism vocational education.The application of flipped classroom in vocational education teaching can improve students ’ professional ability and learning effect,which is beneficial to improve the quality of tourism service personnel training.Therefore,this study attempts to apply the flipped classroom to the teaching of liquor blending course of tourism specialty in secondary vocational schools,and proves that the flipped classroom has a positive effect on the teaching of liquor blending course.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,mastery learning theory and learning pyramid theory,this study uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method and case study method to analyze the current situation of liquor blending course teaching.The students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools are selected as the research object of this teaching practice.Based on the teaching of liquor blending course in secondary vocational schools,the flipped classroom teaching mode is applied to the teaching of liquor blending course in secondary vocational schools.The task six Margaret cocktail modulation and service in the course textbook project three is selected as the teaching case.According to the general model of flipped classroom teaching mode,the tasks before class,activities in class and consolidation after class are designed and implemented to create a good learning environment for students,evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching after class,and reflect on the whole teaching process,find out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the teaching process,so as to guide future teaching.Studies have shown that the current teaching method of alcohol blending course in secondary vocational schools tends to be traditional;through flipped classroom teaching practice,it is found that flipped classroom can improve teaching effect and cultivate students ’comprehensive ability.In the process of flipped classroom teaching,students can actively participate in learning activities with teachers,actively answer questions and carry out classroom interaction,and students have higher acceptance of flipped classroom.Teachers in secondary vocational schools rarely use the flipped classroom teaching mode,so the application of the flipped classroom is not mature enough,and there are still many deficiencies in the teaching practice.Teachers need to continuously explore,improve the application ability of the flipped classroom teaching mode,continuously improve their own the teaching ability to change ideas,and establish an equal relationship between teachers and students.Schools should encourage teachers to explore flipped classroom teaching mode,strengthen teacher training,improve teachers ’ quality and improve teaching equipment resources;students should actively cooperate with teachers ’ teaching,improve learning initiative and classroom participation,and enhance autonomous learning ability.
