Design And Implementation Of Community Education Digital Resource Library

As an important way to realize lifelong education,community education has blocked the barrier between society and education,and has realized the extensive participation of the residents.With the development and popularization of information technology in education,community education information content has been gradually from the construction of infrastructure construction for the conversion of digital teaching resources,the contradiction between the lack of learning needs and community education resources and community members growing gradually upgrade.The design and development of digital library resources of community education,to alleviate the current community residents for digital educational resources shortage has important significance,but also provides high quality resources service platform a real-time learning and convenient learning environment for community residents.In this paper,the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020 years)" as the background,constructivism and humanism,lifelong education and knowledge management theory,to the residents of the community social education resources sharing and utilization for the construction of digital power,detailed analysis on the status quo of community education digital resources at present,fully understand the learning needs of community residents and the basis of the analysis of the results,select the B/S framework,using SQL Server database management system,using web technology CSS,HTML and ASP,the design and development of digital educational resources for community residents to learn,in order to improve the usability and reusability of the community education the digital resources,meet the diverse learning needs of community residents,reflects our community education development in community residents For this,the ultimate realization of the concept of lifelong learning for the whole people.Based on the needs and perspectives of community residents,this paper designs and develops a resource repository system that satisfies the learning needs of community learners and provides comprehensive learning support services for community residents.Design resource base of each functional module is in-depth research of the administrative area of Rizhao City in the community workers and community residents demand based on the method of combining literature research method,interview method,design method and other research methods,in order to ensure the function of community education resource of digital library is rich enough,at the same time to meet the community related work the majority of community residents and staff learning needs.Considering the problem of computer operation level of community residents,we have made rational layout for the front end interface of resources repository while satisfying user needs,ensuring the operability of resource repository.This research contributes to accelerate the realization of informatization community education,guidance for the future construction of community education digital resources to achieve,to help residents in the community network learning and lifelong learning,provides some reference for relevant studies.
