Cognitive elasticity theory belongs to a new branch of constructivist psychology,which is a kind of eclectic teaching theo ry proposed by Spiro and others in 1990.This theory has become the focus of wide attention of the education circles,and it has a certain enlightening significance to the development of education in the world,especially its educational thought is in harmony with the educational idea of our country in the new era.In recent years,many educational researchers have applied it widely in basic education research,which has become an important guiding thought of educational teaching reform in some countries.With the development of this theory in our country,more and more scholars have applied it successfully to all fields of higher education,which has been favored by all educational circles.This thesis analyzes and explores the theory of coersities,a new vision of yoga special courses teaching based on this theory is constructed.This study verified the feasibility of cognitive flexibility theory in guiding yoga teaching through teaching experiments,literature research,questionnaires and classroom observation.The experimental process and results show that:1.The theory of cognitive elasticity to guide the teaching of Yoga special course is feasible,and has achieved good teaching effect.In the basignitive elasticity.Based on the teaching goals of yoga special courses in colleges and univc position and basic routine techniques,theoretical knowledge,teaching ability and comprehensive ability,under the guidance of yoga teaching effect was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method;students from their own cognition,learning and development perspective of the theory of teaching effect in the affirmative.2.The yoga teaching mode guided by the theory of resilience is superior to the traditional teaching mode in improving students' interest in learning,attention,enthusiasm,comprehensive quality,mining their potential and giving full play to their subjectivity.3.Based on the cognitive elasticity theory,yoga teaching is superior to the traditional teaching concept in improving students' cognitive ability,analyzing and solving problems,thinking innovative ability,analyzing and understanding knowledge and transferring application ability,correcting errors,demonstrating ability and self cognition ability.4.Through two different teaching mode of Yoga special course teaching satisfaction survey,students prefer the yoga teaching based on cognitive flexibility theory.In view of the problems encountered in the process of the experiment,and combined with the summary of teaching practice,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.1.In the process of yoga teaching based on the theory of cognitive elasticity,teachers should pay attention to the pertinence and applicability of the theory,accurately grasp the rational design of learning situations and cases,and cultivate students' cognitive flexibility and creativity through multiple representations.2.Based on the cognitive flexibility theory of modern education idea,to reform the traditional teaching concept,combine the theory and teaching ideas,find a line with the features of physical education teaching theory,training to meet the needs of the new era of high-quality social person.3.It is suggested that the application of cognitive flexibility theory in other disciplines should be expanded,so as to provide reference for training special teachers team with profound basic skills and all-round development.
