Purpose:This study aims to discuss the characteristics of both gas metabolism and heart rate variability of the rowers to provide the theoretical references for evaluating the exercise performance and enhancing the scientific degree of training via the empirical research of transformation of body function on gas metabolism during the process of increasing load training before and after the winter training exercise about the outstanding rowers in Shaanxi Province,China.Methodology:This thesis regards 10 excellent athletes in Shaanxi Province as the informants to observe the variation of index of the gas metabolism as well as heart rate variability during the increasing load training processing in front and behind winter training.Besides,all the consequences are defined as???ąSD,and the comparison is examined by the Piared Samplet T Test.Also,the analysis of pertinence is analyzed by means of Pearson with the significance level of discrepancy served as P<0.05.Results:?1?Under the resting state,after the winter training,the rowers'RR,VCO2,VEO2 and PetCO2 are slightly larger than before?P>0.05?;the RQ,PetO2 and VD/TV are a little bit less than before?P>0.05?;the TV,VE,VO2,VO2/kg and VO2/HR are alittle bigger than before with the significant difference?P<0.05,0.01?.?2?While the AT load training,behind the winter training,the TV,VO2,VCO2 and VO2/kg of the rowers are slightly larger than before?P>0.05?;the VE and PetO2 are slightly smaller than before?P>0.05?;the VEO2,PetCO2 and VO2/HR are obviously greater than before?P<0.05?;the VEO2 and VD/TV are much smaller than before?P<0.05,0.001?.?3?When the VO2max is on the verge of load intensity of exercise,after the winter training,the athletes'VE,VO2,VCO2,RQ,VEO2 and VO2/kg are slightly larger than before?P>0.05?;the TV,PetCO2 and VO2/HR are obviously larger than before?P<0.05,0.01?;the PetO2 is a little bit less than before?P>0.05?;the RR and VD/TV are significantly less than before?P<0.05,0.01?.?4?Behind the winter training,the RRN,RRP,SD1 and HF of the athletes are a little bigger than before?P>0.05?;the RRM,RRM/RRN,RMSSD,pNN50,T.S,LF and LF/HF are obviously greater than before?P<0.05,0.01?;the HR is slightly smaller than before?P>0.05?.Conclusion:?1?After winter training,there were the saved adaptive varying characteristics of functionality for gas metabolism of rowers and that enhancing the efficiency of pulmonary ventilation;?2?The winter training will promote the maximal aerobic capacity as well as their exercise competence of rowers;?3?The winter training can improve the heart rate variability and the tension of the cardiac vagus nerve and cardiac sympathetic nerve,the latter one is more distinct in particular;?4?The winter training causes the boost of the athletes'aerobic capacity is related to the advance of their heart rate variability;...
