| Objective: This paper compares the traditional bodybuilding training method with the functional training method,and analyzes the differences between the fitness effect,mainly from the body composition,body form,physical quality and body function.The final results are compared and the research results can provide more ideas and guidance for public fitness choices and coachesmethods: through the experimental method,expert interviews,literature,mathematical statistics,related research and analysis.Twenty subjects with regular weekly exercise habit in a fitness studio in Xi’an were recruited and divided into two groups for functional training and bodybuilding training,namely the experimental group and the control group.For 12 weeks of comparative training,the first three weeks of each group of the corresponding action mode of learning,after 9 weeks of the corresponding cycle of training.Compare the two training methods on the physical function,physical fitness,body shape,body composition whether there is a corresponding change,as well as the similarities and differences between the two changes.Results: In terms of body composition,the body mass index was 71.682.86/cm in the experimental group before the experiment,71.952.86/cm in the control group,73.432.97/cm in the experimental group after the experiment,and 73.422.72/cm in the control group.Before the experiment,the body fat rate was 15.090.88/cm in the experimental group and 15.070.93/cm in the control group.After the experiment,it was 13.990.59/cm in the experimental group and 13.980.96/cm in the control group.After comparison,it was found that the two kinds of training had significant changes before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).2In terms of body shape,the chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference,thigh circumference and shoulder width of the experimental group before the experiment were 97.692.81/cm,81.682.29/cm,93.432.15/cm,31.510.92/cm,50.370.88/cm and 45.411.07/cm respectively.In the experimental group,the chest circumference was 99.232.79/cm,waist circumference was 82.912.03/cm,hip circumference was 94.042.18,arm circumference was32.140.79,thigh circumference was 51.520.93,shoulder width was 45.931.10.There was significant difference in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).Before the experiment,the chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference,thigh circumference and shoulder width of the control group were 98.302.81/cm,81.422.01/cm,94.141.70/cm,31.751.14/cm,50.491.28/cm and 44.780.98/cm respectively.In the control group,the chest circumference was 101.662.56/cm,waist circumference was 80.521.90/cm,hip circumference was 96.341.68/cm,arm circumference was 32.441.11/cm,thigh circumference was 52.021.40/cm,shoulder width was 46.780.92/cm.There was significant difference in the control group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences in shoulder width and hip circumference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The shoulder width and hip circumference of the experimental group were 94.042.18/cm and 45.931.10/cm,while those of the control group were 96.342.18/cm and46.980.90/cm.The shoulder width and arm circumference of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group.In terms of physical function,the vital capacity of the two groups before and after the experiment was 5067.80281.41/ml in the experimental group,and5207.30288.70/ml after the experiment.The control group was 4964.40145.83/ml before the experiment and 5139.00166.63/ml after the experiment.After comparative analysis,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).In terms of physical fitness,the experimental group had 51.454.50/kg horizontal push,78.006.99/kg squat and 2.320.11/m standing long jump before the experiment.After the experiment,the recumbent push was 75.754.10/kg,the squat was109.356.26/kg,and the standing long jump was 2.460.11.There was significant difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).Before the experiment,the control group had 51.508.81/kg horizontal push,77.556.86/kg squat and 2.300.08/m standing long jump.After the experiment,the horizontal push was 70.957.50/kg,the squat was 98.914.03/kg,and the standing long jump was 2.310.09/m.There was significant difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The data of squat and standing long jump were 109.356.26/kg,2.460.11/m,98.914.03/kg and 2.310.09/m respectively.The mean value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference in the number of push ups between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.05)±9 / time 17.50±07 / time,9.20% before the experiment in the control group ±30 / time 18.30±31 / time.Before and after the experiment,the agility ladder and turn back running data of the experimental group had significant difference(P < 0.05),the agility ladder of the experimental group before the experiment was 11.81±49 / s,10.55 1±18 / s,and 27.58 1±94 / s,25.77 1±30 / s,the speed is improved.conclusions: functional training and bodybuilding training will reduce the body fat rate,and increase weight,so that the overall large muscle group development,functional training will increase the waist circumference to a certain extent,bodybuilding training will reduce the waist circumference.In the development of small muscle groups,such as the triangular muscle,it is not as good as the bundle functional training advantage as the bodybuilding training.But the gluteus muscles are more exciting,and bodybuilding training outover functional trainingBoth training sessions will significantly develop their physical strength.Functional training is better in helping improve strength,and more significantly improves the maximum power and explosive power.Both drills can improve the maximum number of push-ups and help improve endurance.Functional training can improve the completion speed of the agility ladder and the 10 × 10 turn-back run,which helps to improve the sensitivity and speed quality.And bodybuilding training has no effect in improving sensitivity quality and speed quality related indicators.Neither training session will improve your physical flexibility.Both training sessions can improve lung capacity,which can help the improvement of body function. |
