The Study On Performance Management System Optimization Of XHD Company

Performance management,an important part of human resources management,is a critical tool for improving company's executive ability and an important guarantee for the realization of strategic objectives.Good performance management is beneficial to the achievement strategic target for a company.With many years' development,there is an increasing competition in education and training industry in China,and company's formulation and implement of strategies are essential.Therefore,the optimization,implement and improvement of performance management are very significant measures for companies in this industry,and they can guarantee the implement of strategies and enhance their competition capacity.This essay summarizes current situation of performance management and relative theoretical research home and abroad,and analyses XHD's previous performance management system,in terms of ambiguity in performance conception,low close degree with employees,unreasonable indicators,unscientific performance management system,low application degree of the evaluation result,lack of motivation system,etc.Based on the understanding of problems and reasons in XHD and relative theories,method of balanced scorecard combining with KPI is suggested to optimize the system.Optimized system reinforced the performance management,in order to reinforce the implement of company's strategic target and improve company's executive ability.This essay suggests an optimized performance management plan,according to the thoughts,methods of optimization and XHD.The plan improves the performance management,which is important to improve the performance level and promote the implement of strategic target.
