Research On Master's Degree Thesis Quality Evaluation System

Master's degeee thesis is an important part of training postgraduate's scientific research ability,innovation and practical ability.The quality of Master's dissertation is also a basis for measuring teaching standards,determining student's graduation,awarding Master's degree.Through the quality evaluation of master's degree thesis,we can give full play to the functions of diagnosis,encouragement and guidance of evaluation,reflect the overall situation of the quality of the master's thesis,and help to improve the evaluation work in a targeted manner,so as to improve the quality of master thesis.So what is the quality evaluation of master's thesis,what is the problem in the quality evaluation of master's degree thesis,and how to carry out the scientific and effective quality evaluation of master's theise is the problem that this study needs to consider and solve.In this study,the master's thesis quality evaluation was seen as a system,and divided into two parts,one is evaluation index system,another is the organization and implementation.Then conduct a systematic and in-depth study of the two parts.Using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes the quality evaluation system of the dissertation of master's degree theoretic,analyzes the connotation and essence of the quality evaluation of the dissertation,establishes the principle of the evaluation system,and the structure of the evaluation system and the relationship between the parts.Under the guidance of the principle of constructing a master's dissertation quality evaluation index system,reference is made to the objective basis for establishing a quality evaluation index system for master's thesis thesis.The quality evaluation papers for the master's degree thesis in 31 universities in China are collected through the internet,and the master's degree thesis is collected from 31 universities.The frequency of reappearance of different review elements in the quality review book.The elements with high frequency of occurrence are selected,an adjacency matrix is established,the reachability matrix is obtained by calculation of the adjacency matrix,and the relationship topology of the evaluation index is established,and the model of the quality evaluation index system of the dissertation is obtained.According to the indicator system model design expert opinion survey,obtain expert opinion.Based on Matlab software,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to defuzzify the expert opinions collected,and the weight values of the index system are calculated to form the quality evaluation index system of master's thesis.The research finds that the following problems exist in the quality evaluation organization and implementation of master's degree thesis: the interaction between participants of evaluation activities is not sufficient,the emphasis on the process of quality formation in evaluation activities is insufficient,and there is a lack of scientific and effective management in evaluation activities.Optimize the quality evaluation index system of master's thesis,attach importance to the evaluation of the quality formation process of master's thesis,strengthen the cooperation of the participants in the organization and implementation of evaluation,and use scientific methods to guide the evaluation activities to improve the quality assessment of master thesis The level and efficiency.
