With the continuous development of higher education,the quality of higher education is gradually being valued.No matter the level of colleges or disciplines all has been launched the quality evaluation,the quality evaluation system of education has been generally regarded as one of the best way to increase the quality of education.Publishing industry is currently in a period of transformation and development,and digital publishing,integrated publishing and other industries are changing rapidly.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for publishing education.As a crossdisciplinary profession with a close integration of theory and practice,the Master of Publishing in China plays an important role in providing high-quality and high-ability talents to the publishing industry.Therefore,the exploration and improvement of its education quality evaluation system also need to be further strengthened.This article collects reading literature,draws lessons from domestic and foreign education quality evaluation theories and methods,and integrates publishing theoretical knowledge with pedagogy and management knowledge.Moreover,with the establishment of the Master of Publishing for 10 years,we have accumulated more experience in practice and found many problems.Taking this as an opportunity to combine the existing qualification index system for the Master of Publishing,we have enriched and perfected the quality evaluation system for the Master of Publishing.The establishment of the quality evaluation system for the Master of Publishing can not only test the educational quality effect of the Master of Publishing,but also clarify the development direction and personnel training direction of the Master of Publishing,which is conducive to improving the quality of its education;Promote the communication between the publishing academia and the industry,and strive to promote the connection between the Master of Publishing education and the current development of publishing industry,so that the Master of Publishing education is developing in a reasonable and positive direction.This article is intended to be divided into five parts for research: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background and meaning of the research topic.Based on the questions raised,it summarizes the current status of domestic and foreign research,mainly on the current of the Master of Publishing education and The research on the evaluation of the quality of graduate education is reviewed,and the research content and the research methods used are summarized,and the research contributions of this paper are proposed.The second part is to analyze and summarize the current general situation of the Master of Publishing education in China,including its production and development,enrollment,training,and other aspects of the current situation.On this basis,it summarizes its three levels from the market,colleges and students to have other problems encountered in the process of education training serve as a practical basis for constructing an education quality evaluation system.The third part is to systematically sort out the development trend of China's graduate education quality evaluation,and clarify that the current education quality evaluation trend focuses on people-oriented;second,it summarizes the characteristics of other professional degree education quality evaluation systems and the Master of Publishing qualification evaluation system,Based on its essence,on the basis of this,it puts forward the necessary theoretical basis for constructing an educational quality evaluation system.The fourth part is the research on the construction of the quality evaluation system for the Master of Publishing education.Based on the principles of comprehensive system,subject-oriented and convenient operation,the three-level indicators are constructed from the input dimension,environmental dimension and output dimension,including three first-level indicators,seven second-level indicators and nineteen third-level indicators,and give weight to all indicators,at the same time analyze the evaluation angle of each indicator,and build a quality evaluation system for Master of Publishing education.The fifth part is to analyze the application characteristics of the quality evaluation system for Master of Publishing education constructed in this paper,and according to the research content and difficulties encountered in the research process of this paper,some subsequent research directions are proposed to provide new research for subsequent research.Based on the reference to the existing evaluation system and the 10-year experience in the development of the Master of Publishing,the discipline accuracy of evaluation is enhanced,and also have the commonness of education quality evaluation.And this can broaden the main body of evaluation,pay more attention to the needs and experience of students as the main body of education,and incorporate the growth and changes of postgraduate master degree graduates in the education process into the evaluation system,increasing the comprehensiveness and scientific nature of the evaluation system.
