Research On Adaptability In Management And Services To International Students In China

General Secretary XI Jinping said in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report "Strengthening education is fundamental to our pursuit of national rejuvenation.We must give priority to education,further reform in education,speed up its modernization,and develop education that people are satisfied with.We will move faster to build Chinese universities into world-class universities and develop world-class disciplines as we work to bring out the full potential of higher education." Prime Minister Li Keqiang also pointed out in the report on the work of the governments of the National People's Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference(NPC&CPPCC)that "first class universities and first-class discipline construction should be initiated".All the significant decisions are closely related to the internationalization of higher education,so international exchange work is particularly important.As a rising power,China is increasingly moving closer to the centre of the world stage,doing a good job in the management and service of international students and improving the quality of their training.It is an important strategic measure for China to tell good Chinese stories,spread the Chinese voice,unite the Chinese spirit,publicize the Chinese path and rally the Chinese strength.Driven by economic globalization,the sources of higher education have become more and more globalized.China's accelerated economic development has turned the world's attention to China.The growing number of students in China has gradually increased the proportion of students in higher education in China.Therefore,the analysis of adaptability in the management and service of students in China is of great significance to improve the quality of students in China's education and promote the development of students in China.Based on the analysis of the maladjustment phenomenon in the management and service of international students in China,this paper makes a systematic study of the management and service of international students in universities in China by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Through the research to find out the problems in the management and service work of international students in China,and analyze the causes,try to put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures in the management and service of international students in China,so as to promote the development of international student education in China.
